Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. It was very easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule. The doctor answered all of my questions as a first time pet owner and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past few years and the staff and doctors know my dogs and truly care. Dr. Cleary is the best and I appreciate her knowledge and care with my dogs. This is a great office and they will take care of your animals! They are all knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The office is always clean with ample space for all animals.

Been taking my dog here for almost four years Dr's Herman and now recently visiting with Dr Mitchell are AWESOMEThe front desk service other than Judy being absolutely amazing the others is why I would rate this facility a 2 STAR! Attitudes from Supervisor Wendy and staff Melissa. They make you feel as your are a hindrance when inquiring about forms being sent to insurance companies within a timely manner! If it wasn't for the excellent care from the Doctors here I would Never return..So humiliating dealing with ignorance!

Was driving with 2 small kitties half hour and because of traffic I was 4 minutes late. They called me when I was near clinic and said they my appointment is cancelled because I'm late! I was speechless and very upset. My kitties was nervous during road trip and I begged them to accept us because we are next to clinic. The answer was NO. I was crying on the way back to home, another stressful half hour for kitties without appointment. Will never be back.

Dr. Mitchell is awesome! My dog handles vet visits very well, but they are nonetheless traumatic and sad. Dr. Mitchell was the first vet that kept my old girl happy the entire visit. He didn't even try to make her get on the lift, he just plunked down on the floor to examine her. It made all the difference.

However, I am looking for another vet office. The prices are just too out of control, and some of the office staff is a little disconcerting. I accidentally showed up 45 minutes before my appointment, but didn't see a vet until 45 minutes *after* my appointment the last time I was there.

When I brought my older dog in for teeth cleaning, she was completely traumatized - when I got her back, she had poop on her tail, and for the rest of the day she wandered around the house crying; she just couldn't settle. I have no idea if they just completely forgot to give her painkillers, or what happened that she got poop on her tail, but for the money I paid, I would have expected a completely different experience for her.

Love this vet! They put so much effort into making the experience of a vet visit as low-stress as possible for my cat. I definitely appreciate the separate cat waiting room and the entrance separate from the dogs as a person, too, because I'm highly allergic to dogs! I'm a first-time pet owner and Dr. D'Souza was very reassuring the first time I took my cat here. I've also boarded him here twice now, and they were happy to give me a tour of their facility when I asked. I was nervous about how he would react the first time I boarded him, but their staff member Linda sent me an email with some photos and an update on how he was eating/behaving, which was very reassuring! They may be pricey, but if you have a cat, the quality of care is well worth the price.

I brought my 2 dogs here for a short period of time when Dr. Kraft was at the clinic and was pleased with the care. When Dr Kraft retired, a female Veterinarian (I do not remember the name) took over the care. I felt like she would not listen to me. I wanted to have my dogs teeth cleaned. When there were cavities discovered, I requested that they get pulled. She tried to refer me to a vet specialist for root canals. They were an estimated $700.00 at the time (summer of 2011). When I told her that I was not interested, she ignored me, stating that the molars were a must.

In addition, she needed to run routine blood work prior to the dental cleaning, only to discover more issues that needed to be addressed.
When I inquired about a multiple pet discount, explaining that I needed to get my cat vaccinated, explaining that she was never vaccinated, she simply stated that it is the law to have the cat vaccinated, without offering a discount or a real solution to vaccinate her. I think the place is a bit pricey, and I have not returned.

One of our dogs participial ripped off a nail on the hard icy and snow. Dr. Herman did a quick job of helping her out.

Had to take my dog to get his regular shot; I had been nervous about taking him to a vet because he is very dog reactive. The staff here were able to accommodate us during a low traffic time slot. The staff were also very pleasant.

Do not take your pets here!

TL;DR They over charge and may harm your pet

On my first visit, they put a choke chain restraint on my dog for the examination, the vet tech wasn't holding him as well as she should have been. After his injections he was hemorrhaging blood out of his eye. He was able to exert that much pressure on his unnecessary restraint that he was grievously wounded.

They had the gall to charge me for that appointment too.

They charge a lot of money too, more than most in the area, If you value your pets safety, and if you value your money. Go elsewhere.
