Actually I'd only give them a .001 star if possible for non-existent customer service. Unfortunately, they don't answer the telephone or return calls. I even visiting the Tucson store during their revised hours only to discover that the store was closed at 1PM on Saturday. Three hours on the road and a 150 mile round trip wasted. Not sure if they are still in business or not.
I have never been to the store front, but I shop their website all the time. I have never had a negative experience. You can find some serious deals if you watch for sales. The rewards system is great! Their online customer service is fast and polite. My only two complaints are: 1. I have purchased a few products and found their info to be out of date on the website. 2. I try to review everything I buy in order to help perspective buyers. I posted a few negative but objective reviews of products, and my reviews some how never got approved. All of my positive or 3+ reviews are online, but none of my poor reviews.
Paid 65 to rent a wet suit for a tri. The wet suit was not fitted properly. I had to unzip the wet suit during the swim. Seems Tri Sports is more about the money rather than customer service. I brought the issue to business, but they didn't even try to solve the issue. Rather than ask what they could do to make it right they just printed me a receipt to show the wet suit was returned and sent me on my way. The money isn't the issue it was more the lack of listening to the customer to solve an issue. I suggest they read "hug your haters." Could be helpful.
Thanks for the great customer service today! I just called with an issue that my Aqua Sphere goggles strap snapped (love the goggles by the way), and they took care of the issue immediately! You all have a great store, and even though I live in Miami, I look forward to ordering items again from you in the future!
I have nothing, but great things to say about trisports bike shop and sales/customer service! I have had Eric from customer service help me and he was nothing, but helpful and courteous! Tony from customer service is bare non a life saver! The best customer service I have ever encountered in the cycling industry! He went far and beyond what a normal employee in customer service would ever due! He resolved all my concerns and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with their service. Not only that, he was able to get me sea sucker "Talon" when no one else could. He searched for 3 days and called me back with the great news. He also made sure that the new tri bike I purchased was shipped on a certain date due to my work and being gone a week at a time. I have to say its been very enjoyable to work with a company that really wants to take care of you. If your thinking about getting anything, customer service and the bike shop will definitely take care of you! Thanks again Tony, Eric and Trisports.
Great place! Everyone is friendly! They really know what they are talking about! If you want quality and not just a cheap fix this is the place to go! Will only be bringing my bike here from now on!
