If I could give 0 stars I would. The motorclothes and parts Were horrible on I got there 15 minutes before they were closing on a Friday night to get a poker chip and a shot glass. I was not greeted but I was glared at when I walked in. I walk past the motorclothes a few times And was not acknowledged they Flash the lights at me to tell me to get out. When I went up to the counter to check out the lady had already counted her till down knowing I was still in the store looking around. She yelled to the parts to ring up my items. Finally I walked over the parts to pay and he was wasn't happy he would have recount his register. I made a comment about the less then great service and i was told. All she has to do is smile and gets whatever she wants this isnt a big deal. I messaged Thoroughbred about this hoping someone would respond and I received nothing back from them, but my message was read.

My Fatboy was acting up. Intermittent loss of power. Not good in 6 lanes of traffic. I stopped and asked them to diagnose and fix it. After an hour they said it's fine. There is a battery code it's throwing but it will be fine. So I "trusted" the certified mechanics expert diagnosis .. thinking surely they checked the battery. Well later that night I was stranded along side the road with no power. Had to wait 3 hrs for a tow and get a ride to a hotel as the Louisville HD was closed. Thoroughbred did say they called and if it's the voltage regulator, they had the part. THEY TOLD THEM THE WRONG PART NUMBER!!!! BUT LOUISVILLE KNEW WHAT TO DOAND ALL IT WAS WAS THE BATTERY WAS A NEW BUT BAD ONE!!!! SHAME ON YOU THOROUGHBRED FOR YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TO CHECK IT, SELL ME A NEW BATTERY AND not leave me stranded..

If you are looking for a new bike - I 100% Recommend Dave Madewell! Dave is not only extremely friendly but very caring! He made this the easiest transaction I have ever made! I think I found my new home with Thoroughbred!

I bought a new street glide from these guys two years ago. Since then I've spent a fortune upgrades, equipment and gear. I just wrote a check for $5500 for some repairs and I come to pick up my motorcycle and the bike won't start. Everyone of their bikes in the shop had a trickle charge on it just like I do at home. Mine did not. My motorcycle started right up when I brought it up here in September for the work they did on it. They didn't even have the courtesy to put a trickle charge on a loyal customer's bike that has spent around $$40,000 in two years. Save your money and go buy an Indian. I say this because I've had three recalls in two years as well.
