I purchased a tree from Tree Time 3 years ago. Every year there is another problem with the lights on this tree. Whole sections go out, the bulbs burn out easily, and each Christmas I have to deal with “what’s going to be wrong with the lights this year?” It’s very frustrating. The customer Service people are nice and helpful but run me through hours of trying to fix it myself. I just don’t have hours and hours to troubleshoot changing out bulbs and strands of lights. It’s very annoying and I just want a tree that I can rely on. It would be nice also if the company would not force me to drive all the way up to Lake Barrington to drop it off and pick it up to fix it when they have agreed to take a look at it and then fix the problem. I would not buy from them again.

What a cool and unique place. If you need something Christmas you need to go here but you need to pick the right time as they are only open from Sept 1 through the end of the holiday season.

We bought our first tree over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, 2 years in, the lights started going out. I called TreeTime, got a wonderful person named Joanne, who had me send her pictures of our tree so she could see what the issue was. Within a week, she had called me back and told me we could pick out another tree free of charge within the same price range as our original OR we could pick another and just pay the difference. The tree was delivered within a week. SUCH an easy experience and the trees are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I would definitely buy from them again and their customer service is top-notch.

Not only did my family love the Flocked White Forest Fir tree we got last season but I had excellent support when I called and needed help on how to take down my tree after Christmas. Overall super friendly people and great product. Kudos!!!
