Excellent filet, salad, and potatoes. Crappy they charge 50 cents for sour cream. Just include it in the price, but for almost $30 for the steak, just include it. Service was attentive, but not overly friendly. Very cool old-school atmosphere.

This restaurant has been in Moraine since the '50s serving great food and drinks at VERY reasonable prices. Specials each night. Their boasted chicken on Monday night is a sellout, so get there early if you want some !!! Everything cooked to order and staff is polite and efficient!

The food was fantastic. My steak was prepared just as I had ordered. The onion soup was delicious and plenty cheesy.

Ambience is dark old school type of place. Cozy is a word to use with dark paneling and smallish seating area. Had chicken breast sandwich and it was tasty well prepared. Bread at the table is fresh. Alcohol drinks had some punch to them. Service was patient and friendly.

This table serve restaurant is a winner because of an ideal balance between food taste, quality and price. I had their Friday special of brisket, which tasted great and too much for me to finish with a side and salad and tea for $19. Drinks at the bar were tasty and inexpensive. Sweet.

Food is not bad. The whole place is just feeling it's age. Some people consider it a landmark restaurant. OK, but it's not a Jay's or Pine Club.

Antique dollar bills and cards are placed beneath a layer of glass at each table.

We eat there often but this visit was not good. It was not busy and our hot food took 30 minutes after we got our salads to reach the table. I don't think a BLT and onion rings should have been cold when served. However our waitress was taking orders from one large group at one of the round tables. Service was poor so I got up and asked for our bill. The manager got my bill and we paid for our dinner. I wish he would've asked how our meal was then I would have spoken up. However I did not leave the waitress tip. We were very disappointed.

My mamaw used to go here all the time back in the day so i took her out for her birthday here andeven tho it was just mid day, not that busy, it was really nice. The scenery is really cool, food was nice, and i really liked the service

I LOVE the CHEESEBURGER here!!! It's absolutely DELICIOUS even cooked well done as I prefer mine. They're Insanely JUICY I cut mine in half to help manage the drip! They come w potato chips which are fine but the fries here are really good too. The Prime Rib on weekends is well worth the price. This place is full of surprises: party room upstairs, accommodating staff/owner. Just ask them and see of they can help you.

The food here is incredible! The atmosphere is a mix between fine dining and an upscale tavern. The wine and beer selection is perfect for any meal that they provide, while the bar side is fully stocked. This is that unique place where any clothing is acceptable! The service has ALWAYS been fantastic. They become busy for dinner which is no surprise since this restaurant is a hit with everyone. The menu has something to offer EVERYONE!

Great experience! The Server was awesome and she had worked there for more than 35 years. Tells you a lot about the place when people stick around that long. The prices were fair and the atmosphere made us want to come back for more. We are going to concider ourselves regulars here from now on. See you again soon Dwayne.

It has an old established atmosphere. Beautiful woodwork throughout the place. Popular with the older crowd because it's been there a long time. I was visiting from out of town and enjoyed it very much.
