My best friend told me about Lexus of the Treasure Coast and owning her Lexus. She is driving her 3rd Lexus and raved about the superb service she receives at this dealership. I had driven three other vehicles and she said come with me to Lexus because I need to get my car serviced. From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew my experience would be better than I had ever had. First of all, Paul kindly smiled at me when he saw me but waited for me to approach him. He immediately earned my respect as a professional because I am so turned off by sales people who are like vultures when you step a foot on the property. I could tell he was an expert from the minute we started talking. I showed him the car I saw online and he took me right to it. He was patient and answered all my questions. Tina was also professional when she called me to ask additional questions. I wish all of my purchases in life were managed by subject matter experts like Paul. He made by car buying experience the best I've ever had. Every single associate had a smile on their face and was happy! Thank you!

Amazing staff! They got me in same day and greeted me in the drive. The customer service is above and beyond. They patiently waited for me to transport my sleeping baby to her stroller and offered me drinks and snacks while I waited.

I would highly recommend this dealership after our buying experience. Howard Kent is absolutely amazing, ask for him if you're looking to purchase a new car. After emailing back and forth with several dealerships, we decided to stop in, meet Howard and take a lookwhat a good choice we made. He was very knowledgable on the RX, took his time to show us multiple options, and was really friendly without the normal pressure of a salesman. Having purchased multiple Lexus products from a few other local dealerships, I will always visit Treasure Coast Lexus first in the future. Steve did the financing, no haggling here either and was very straight forward and nice. After the deal was made, Diane sat down in the car and thoroughly explained all of the new technology to us and was very pleasurable as well. Overall, A+ for our experiencecheck this place out if you're shopping for a Lexus!

My Review of Treasure Coast Lexus

"JULY 15TH 2017 - Continued "
On the above date, I rated this dealership and my salesman. Now here is a 3 month update. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the front left wheel seemed to have an issue. When I questioned the salesman about it, I was told "it's just from the car sitting and that once it driven it would round out." Well that was not the case. About 1000 miles later to include a 4 hour trip the wheel/tire still is not right and still doing the same thing. I contacted my salesman and unfortunately did not receive a response. Now granted I did purchase the vehicle "as is" but at the same time, I did inquire about this time before I bought it.

Would I recommend this dealership? Yes, if purchasing new, if used no.

I purchase a Used Infinity. Tina Klein, the Manager in charge of used cars sales was friendly and helpful through the process. When I arrived at the dealer I test drove the car with Sandy Firestone. Sandy too was helpful and friendly. I would of given the dealership 5 stars except for the lack of follow up on one item. There was a printed document in the glove box stating that "Owners Manuals are now kept in the Sales Managers office". I assumed that since they put the note in the glove box that they had the owners manual for the car. Tina called me a day later, left me a voice mail to see if everything was okay and said to contact her if i had any questions. I called back and left her a voice mail asking about the Owners Manual but did no hear back. This is a minor issue, in my opinion, as I was able to obtain the manual on-line. Though it would of been nice to receive a call back letting me know if they had it or not. Besides this, I would still recommend the dealership. Tina probably got busy and forgot to call back. It's not like I have not ever forgot to do something. :)

Treasure coast Lexus has always treated us perfectly.
We had an ES350, and bought there an RX350, both are serviced with them .
The service personnel is first class, the amenities perfect.
We bought a CT200 last week, the sales person was a class act.
Jan 18/17, we replaced our two 2011 Lexus (ES350 and RX350) the experience with Bobby LLoyd was perfect, dealing easy and friendly, the financing was rapid, the technology personnel made the electronic features easy to understand.
Our experience with treasure coast Lexus is extremely satisfying.
