I don't have an opinion of their current business just their customer service. I called last Friday to get information and they told me the sign up period was monday's between 4-7. When I showed up they were closed and their sign outside said they were only open 8-5, and I missed the time window. I haven't had access to internet to check their hours so this was extremely disappointing and misleading.
