Travelers Rest never fails to excel! Holiday dinner was a success thanks to the delicious food, excellent service, great ambiance, and the beautiful garden all decked out for Christmas. This German restaurant has a menu with something for everyone.

Excellent service
, quiet ambiance, even on a snowy very cold night we had a window seat but outdoors with their lightings in their garden looked attractive & appealing to look at. Will return. Our dinner for 3 was $165- very appropriate for the Service & food.

Cozy and intimate upscale dining . service was excellent table with great view of outdoor Gardens and waterfalls excellent food overall excellent experience. It was my first time there but I am certain I will be back many times in the future.

Celebrated Mom's 90th birthday during a snow storm recently. The garden in the back was beautiful with the lights and waterfall still working in all the snow. Staff was very eager to please; accommodating and understanding of the needs of a wheelchair, oxygen plug-in and an autistic relative that had a melt-down. They also had a projection screen all set up for a presentation I wanted to show. The roaring fireplace made the back room cozy. Food was great. the birthday cake, provided by one of their vendors was The 20 of us all had a wonderful evening despite the miserable weather outside.

After a disappointing, Christmas dinner there, this was a great turn around. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Went for the first time this afternoon. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. Our dinners were fantastic! Although the prices seem a little high at first, when you discover what the meals include, the prices are very reasonable! Im looking forward to going back in warm weather to walk the grounds.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The food was outrageous, staff was on the ball, very attentive and was very impressed with how often my water glass was kept full. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amount of food was plentiful, very accommodating with substitions or changes. Service attentive. Food a tad bland in flavor. This is a very old building, food served in several rooms, some on lower level. A lot os stairs abound.Beautiful gardens in back, cheerfully & colorfully decorated with colorful holiday lighting. Fireplaces throughout add warm atmosphere.
