I had a great experience here working with Danielle Solecki. She did a great job analyzing all the different options we had with the cars and models there and at other dealerships. She worked hard to get me a very affordable deal, and even bought pizza for us while the financial/insurance portion of the process took us past dinner hour. I would highly recommend her.

Stopped in last weekend to see what my options were for an SUV. We were warmly greeted by Danielle whom we immediately felt comfortable and happy working with. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants, and presented the perfect vehicle for us; exactly what I described to her. We were able to work out a payment that we felt comfortable with, and within a few hours I was in my brand new Sportage. Danielle made this process so easy for us. Not to mention, we brought in our toddler, and she was such a hit with her! This couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Thank you, Danielle!! The Sportage is fabulous too, by the way :)

Had a wonderful experience last week purchasing a 2017 Kia Sorento from Transitowne. Brandon Alston was an amazing salesperson and made the whole process fast and easy. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed! The managers were just as great to work with and actually made my time there very enjoyable. I love my new Kia, and can’t thank Brandon and the Transitowne team enough for making my car buying experience so easy! I will definitely be returning for all my future vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership.

The sale people are really wonderful. Bought 2 cars but the service department has changed since I bought my last car. The blonde hair girl was not very friendly and argue with me on my warrant. Feels like when I need service on my car you get the run around and they dont want to service your car. That is the only reason why I have them given you 2 stars.

I am happy to say that this dealer with go above and beyond to work with you. what I appreciate about this dealer is if you are unhappy with something or feel something was unfair they will actually correct the mistake and make it better. They recently gave me a tank of gas and free interior detail because of an issue I had. This says a lot about a company.

Is car buying stressful for you? Don't want to deal with rude or pushy sales people? Feel like you're being ripped off? Transitowne eliminates the stress, is far from rude or pushy, and has the best prices (by thousands of dollars, yes, I compared with local competitors, not for one purchase but for two now). They're as friendly as family there, straight forward, and just wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Transitowne!!!!

I came in needing a new vehicle asap, as my vehicle had broken down. Tom and Jim made my experience very seamless. They took the time to explain the entire leasing process (as I have never leased before), explained in great detail all the workings of the vehicle. I highly recommend Transitowne Kia and Tom Smith! Tom Smith was an excellent salesman! He did not try to talk me into anything I did not want, and he was very respectful of the amount I was looking to spend. Kyle in Financing was great to work with. Everyone was very friendly, and not overbearing at all. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions professionally and honestly.
