  Great Spa, the best around for miles. Masseuses are very professional and pay keen attention to details. It is very relaxing every time I come here.
  
  The front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable in their products.

  I went to Tranquility Spa and received a lovely service. When I went to retrieve my belongings in locker U, they were missing. An employee said she'd be right back amd came down with Natalia a manager and another employee. She insisted I put my belongings in locker W. I explained that wasnt possible since I didnt have that key. Also there was a fresh folded robe in locker U where my belongings were. She continued to insist her employees would never have done that. Then she tried to prove me wrong and took my key and tried to open locker W with it. Of course it didn't open. She looked like a fool. The other women receiving services were shocked and told me it was unacceptable the way I was treated. After dressing and going through my bag to ensure nothing was stolen, I went up to pay tbe gratuity. Natalia proceeded to insist that it was not them. Not her staff and insinuated it was my fault. I said I will never cone back. I asked if they had another location since I have a large balance left on my gift card. They said it was the only
  location. I said I dont want to come back can I transfer the gift certificate to someone else? Nope. So on top of everything theyprovided me with no solution and sent me on my way. I wasembarrassed , belittled and now haveto call my credit card companies to ensure no one took my credit card info from my wallet. Unacceptable and a most upsetting experience. I hope the general manager that I speak to on Monday will be a little more professional.

  For the amount of money you pay at this place it really sucks the workers are all In a rush for some reason. I guess they want you in and out so quickly

  Max is amazing! The ambience is peacefull and the messuese even more so. A definite great spot to release some tension at least once a month. 5 minutes in the steam room after a great massage will have you feeling new again.

  I do not like my experience at Tranquility Spa.
  I paid for a deep tissue massage and what I got was Swedish. I told the therapist to work with deep pressure and he did for a few minutes and then back to very light work.
  The pressure I received was so light it was annoying. When I spoke to the receptionist she said there's nothing we can do because there's no manager here.
  Then they called and they spoke to the manager and she was able to only charge me for a Swedish massage. That doesn't do me any good when I already spend $115 for something that left me fustrated.
  That facility you're paying for the Ambiance not quality work.

  Me and my boyfriend went to the Tranquillity Spa, and the message therapists were absolutely great. But I'm not to please about the ladies who work at the front desk. I truthfully feel like they're up tight rude personalities made me feel uncomfortable because we were the only black people at the spa today. I wonder that if me and my boyfriend had look classy enough, would we have been treated a little more nicely with respect. I left this place feeling a bit uncomfortable, not too sure if I will ever come back.
