Best circuit workout!! I love coming here. It’s only a 45 minute class but you’re constantly moving and doing cardio. Great atmosphere and people. I highly recommend checking it out!

Did my first class with Colin! Super helpful and motivating instructor. Can’t wait to take another class with him. The guy at the front desk (canadian dancer forgot his name) was super friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend this place for a good workout !

I absolutely love this place! I tried them through Class Pass and have to say this is my favorite spot of all the training studios! The trainers are awesome and they care! Are very fun, motivating and personable. :)
I have herniated disc’s in my neck and back and they make you feel very welcome and modify the workouts so you don’t feel left out. Plus they really make sure they show you the proper form to prevent injuries which is really important. I highly recommend this place for anyone really. It’s a really great workout. Been going for almost a month and already am seeing results. They do a lot of the workouts my personal trainer did with me which cost a fortune so I was happy to see this place knew exactly what they were doing. Finally a place that actually knows exactly what they are doing properly.

Training mate is the absolute best! Been going here for 3 months and I love it. Between the trainers and the front desk staff, everyone makes you feel so welcomed. At first, I was pretty apprehensive about doing HIIT intervals, but now I can't imagine doing weekly workouts without them. It's the best, I always leave every class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If you're looking for your fun new workout place to train and stay in shape, Training Mate is the place to go
