I think this is a good store. Nice if you're looking for something and aren't afraid if it's used or not. I've bought quite a few older games and controllers here. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. The staff are pretty helpful here. Plan to return again in the future!

Smaller Trade It location, nice staff but not enough stuff at this location to go out of your way for. Trade It does a good job of giving you money for your used items, and sometimes they have real gems, good quality gently used equipment, toys and games. You never know what you will find here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a PS4 controller from there and bought a warranty with it, we go back with the controller and the employee told me I needed the receipt with it, even though NO ONE told us we needed the receipt when we bought it. Then the two female employees in the store acted condescending towards me like it was MY fault for not knowing about it. Please get better control of your staff and maybe teach them not to have an attitude with their customers and maybe be less incompetent thanks!
