  Came to the store to take advantage of Pandora charms (buy 2 get 1) and also was mailed a $50 gift card. Was provided excellent customer service by a young lady named Bailee! She was able to provide all the assistance I needed, answer my questions and help me with final selections and prices!!! Will visit again!! Thank you Barnes Jewelry!!!

  My wife and myself absolutely love Barnes. It's a very professional store that really rewards loyalty. Since working with Scott and Stephen, I no longer but jewelry from any other store.

  We just bought an absolutely beautiful diamond ring at Barnes Jewellers in Goldsboro, NC. And to say that we received top-shelf treatment doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our experience was. Two months ago I hadn't even heard of Barnes Jewellers, since I don't live in Goldsboro, but a friend of mine told me that I should check it out, and I'm very glad that I did! My initial contact was with Scott, who truly took his time to educate me while showing me an amazing array of choices, never once making me feel pressured or rushed finding just the right diamond and setting for us was his primary goal. When I decided what I wanted and that exact diamond wasn't currently in stock, Stephen, the owner, informed me that he periodically hand-selects diamonds from Antwerp, Belgium, and offered to find one for specifically for us. He literally searched through hundreds of diamonds and located the perfect diamond for us at an amazing price! I didn't even know service like this was possible at a jewelry store, but I can say without reservation that if you want to receive outstanding service and selection by great people of the highest integrity, you should definitely go to Barnes Jewellers if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

  I would recommend to anyone to use Barnes Jewelers for all their needs. Through the years they have not only helped me, but my family as well. They are terrific, and have beautiful inventory. A Christian establishment, who well go out of their way to make you welcome and fill your needs. Ask for Scott, he is just awesome.

  Barnes Jewelers is AMAZING! I went to get my ring cleaned and rhodium dipped and my ring looks better than it ever has! Staff was very friendly and approachable and very very fast! Best jeweler experience I've had!

  Our family will ONLY shop at Barnes Jewelers for jewelry! The quality of the jewelry that they sell is worth more than they sell their pieces for. We have never been dissatisfied and the staff continues to be helpful even past the time of purchase. Melissa helped my husband with the search and purchase of our wedding set and it was a perfect choice for me. The staff and owners are always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Thank you Barnes Jewelers!

  Barnes Jewelers is THE place to go for all of your jewelry needs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you find that special piece for your loved one. I have never had a bad experience. They are always welcoming and have shown extreme patience with me when I really had no idea what I wanted. I will do all my jewelry shopping at Barnes!
