Hard to notice from the road, no sign. Not enough parking so people park in the grass or block the thru-way. When I got there the fire dept was there & the entire building smelled awful. The staff was super nice tho

Even though this is the bottom of the Marriott line, it is a full suite with a usable kitchen and many amenities that other hotels do not help. It’s not plush but it is quite serviceable for long-term stays at budget prices

On arrival it's hard to find the office to check in. The hallways have a moldy odor. Housekeeping seems to work on a no knock policy. Only good thing about this place is the front desk. Very friendly and polite.

Great hotel if you're catching a show at the Hard Rock Arena due to it's location. Free breakfast and apartment like rooms made my stay a pleasant one.

If you have options find somewhere else. This place is gross! They won't change your sheets even if you take them off and put them on the floor with your dirty towels, they just just pick them up and put them right back on! Then lie to your face and tell you the sheets are fresh! Then you get in from a long days work and find the bathroom trash can on the sink next to your toothbrush. And when you bring these things up with management it seems to only make life worse. This stay was like an episode of inside edition. Very nasty.

The hotel was ok, but the service was definitely sub par. The location of the hotel was good, as it was right next to the highway and the surrounding neighborhood wasn't bad. That being said, I was very disappointed with the service provided. While the people working there were nice, they seemed to not have the materials they needed to make the stay as good as it could've been. The floors in the hallway and stairs were dirty, I was never brought sheets when I called for them, dirty sheets were not removed from my room, I called for towels and was told that the hotel was out of them, there wasn't enough parking, and the elevators kept breaking down.

Pros: People at the desk were VERY nice!

Cons: The hallway smelled like urine and the room smelled like molding salad. And urine.

Great staff, nice studios. I was there for two weeks. The only thing I didn't like that much was the breakfast menu that was the same every other day.

This hotel is nasty. I am a long time Marriott customer as my mom retired from there. This is probably the worse. It smells, the tub had rust, bathroom had hair, towels had yellow stains and there were little pellets on the floor in the corner. Idk if it was some type of poisoning or what. The air from the A.C. seemed off. The breakfast room is tiny. They have 2 buildings why is the area so small? The only plus was the staff was friendly.

Overall, I had a good experience here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a good place for a stay of several days. The complimentary breakfast was a bit of a hit or miss in the morning.

The most disgusting mold and mildew smelling hotel/"shelter". Our first room 202 when we get off the elevator we were greeted by people smoking marijuana in the hallway with a rather large dog that was barking at us. The dog continued to bark, we requested a new room they moved us up 301above the barking dog room to a room that reeked of mildew and must the air conditioning was not working the room was 75°, when we again went back to the lobby the girl that claimed she was "new" and today was her first day did not have any answers for us other than to say I'm sorry we have no other rooms. When we opened the windows in the room there were hard shelled snails stuck to the inside of the windows, and the maintenance guy that was there to check the air conditioning told us it was because of water and moisture which probably explains the must and mildew smell. I really wish I could give this hotel negative stars. I repeatedly asked several of the staff members if this hotel acted as a alternative for a "shelter"to which they looked at the floor and didn't want to answer me however one of them shook their head yes and apologized for the experience we were having. We did request our money back, they told us it would be 3 to 5 days for refund, as a Marriott rewards member who stays at Marriotts I can't say enough negative things about this hotel from the rundown looking lobby to the elevator that's not sure if it wants to go up or fall down between floors, the carpets were frayed and torn and it reeked of a strong flowery nasty scented carpet fresh throughout the whole building, as if they were trying to cover up a mold smell. The bathroom shower liners had been cut at the bottom as if to cut off mold, however the pink soap scum remained on them. The toilet paper was crunchy as if it had been wet and left to dry!!! The hallways are narrow and overall rather filthy! The Marriott really needs to revisit how this hotel is run because TownePlace Suites by Marriott is definitely giving them a very bad name.
