This is my second Rolex from the store. 3rd watch in 7 months. I will start here. When I bought my first one from there, I wont say any namesThe experience was ok-I have had much better and had much worse. My issue is when you spend that kind of money you would expect a thank you call, letter, or some type of follow up. I didn't get that the first time and even came back in a month later to use my coupon for 10% credit from the same sales associate. I went in last week 5/1 on a Wednesday to see Nathan and we went over some watches that were not in store, based on my budget etc He had it sent in immediately (2days) and I went and bought it that Friday! 5/3
2 days ago in the Mail I received a congrats from Nathan!!!!! This never happened and this is my 3rd Rolex. For that he has me as a customer for life. Well as long as I can afford them! Haha-He made up for my past experience. SN: Another associate there can maybe be a little more helpful on the phone instead of always saying "oh Ill have them call you back when you have a simple question. Thanks to Nathan there will be continued business and he is very knowledgeable.response / report this review -

BE WARNED!!! Do not buy anything from this Franchise! Their customer service is horrible to deal with! I received a women's Tag Heuer AquaRacer watch (value $1,700) as a gift from my work for sales achieved purchased from Tournaeu. I wanted to exchange it upgrading to a different Tag watch that was more my style and $1,100 more. Tournaeu treats any returns/ exchanges to their stores as a trade-in and offered me $425 for a $1,700 watch that has never been worn purchased from their Costa Mesa location by my Company. I will never buy anything from this franchise and it is their stupidity for not making money off of my upgrade and future purchases from them.
