I gave Touchton Electric a try after seeing all these 5 star reviews. However we must be talking about different companies here. I called to have some simple electrical work done & the service I got was far from even good. I decided to instead try someone else. If I could give a lower star I really would. Save yourself the hassle & try a different company.

Saw they had great reviews online so I called them for an estimate. The price was reasonable so I had a security system installed. I'm glad I did, because there was a string of break-in's at my neighborhood a few months later.

Touchton installed an alarm system into my mother's home. She lives by herself and has plenty of health issues in her old age that keep her from being mobile. She doesn't live in a great part of town, so I shopped around the Joplin area and gave these guys a call. The technician installed a good security system and helped my mother learn how to use it. She feels safer and for that I'm thankful. Touchton is an excellent option.

Touchton helped me feel comfortable at my home again. I had someone break into my car at my house several months back and they tried to get into my house too. After comparing companies in the area, I went with Touchton and had them install a home security system for me. They were ideal to work with and helped me decide the features I needed. Nowadays you just never know what might happen, so I'm glad I purchased a system from them.

I came across Touchton while searching Google for security systems in the Joplin area. I'm so glad I found them! They installed a home security system for me, and my family and I have never felt safer! In this day and age, you can never be too careful. The installation was easy and the technician was friendly and courteous. Glad I went with this company.
