St. John Lutheran Church in Pittsburg, Kansas is a great church to call home. My wife and I have been attending since 2008 and felt right at home from the first Sunday. I recall the topic of Pastor Tom's first sermon we heard together explaining what it means to be part of God's Church, the single Church here on earth, and how we are all a functioning part of it. The message was just as appropriate then, as it is today. If you have not visited recently, I urge you to, and to see for yourself--to; “Prove all things; hold fast that which is true” (I Thes. 5:21).
