On January 27th my Ram 3500 failed to keep running. The mechanic determined the fuel system was allowing an air pocket to form. After it was started I took it to their shop and they worked the problem and waited for dodge to send the “correct” replacement parts (21 days). Management kept us informed, made it right and at the best possible cost that I could have asked for. Thank You so much!

Roadside service was very good. I had to wait only about 30 minutes which is nothing compared to a previous experience that I had with another towing service and auto repair shop. I had a flat tire near Okeechobee, FL and I had no other choice but to call Total Roadside & Towing Services. My cousin used their service and recommended it to me, so it was the right time to call them. Anyway. thanks a lot and I appreciate your work here!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Total Roadside & Towing Services! You saved me and my wife from a long cold night near Okeechobee, FL! Our 40 minutes waiting was nothing compared to staying in the car all night trying to fix the flat tire. Roadside Service was very good, it was a real relief for me and my family there. Your auto repair shop is very professional and it seems that people can count on you when the are in trouble. Thanks a lot!

I was coming back from from upstate when my vehicle broke done 20 miles out of Okeechobee. Thankfully since it's not a very big town I had the phone number of Total Roadside Services saved in my cell. Half an hour later Jeremy came to me. I next to him in the towing truck and it was very fun and chatty road back to the town. Thank you very much for towing service. Your help is much appreciated and I want to share it as an experience!
