  The selection of hot prepared food at the deli is a real let down, but that's Okeechobee for you. It would be nice if the managers toured other Publix stores such as Palm City or Stuart to see how it's done right. Also this Publix doesn't have organic soaps like all the other Publix stores in So FL have, again typical Okeechobee.

  Always something healthy or otherwise to eat at Publix. Clean, well stocked, and good service. Publix subs are near legendary in parts of the country without.
  
  Given the other options to shop at the north end of Lake O, five stars.

  During Hurricane Erma they made it possible for me and others to have hot food/cold/frozen items they are running on generators they were the only place that had food even though our State is crippled they made it possible for us to have ammenities of a normal life they even had Hugs and Smiles for the Weak, Weary,Overwhelmed & Hopeless they gave us hope I AM MOST GRATEFUL PUBLIX THANKS

  Went to get groceries and wasn't informed that wic and food stamps wernt excepted so we went with out a proper meal

  great store. staff was friendly. probably the worst slowest terrible service i've ever seen in my life. ordered a meatball sub get the sub 1 hour later and it's cold!!!! great job publix deli! i could have made my own meatballs made the sauce fed my whole family and still got it done quicker then the deli lady who make molasses look like a sprint car!!! way to go publix i used to love this store before they hired a full staff from the local senior center! you know get the ladies some help they make ancient times look at day old ok that's my rant

  The manager who was assisting at the front counter was extremely rude. I put my items down and walked out. I have never been insulted enough to do that ever. He should leave the front counter to the sweet girls who were beside him.

  Always cleaned and stocked, and neatly done. Employees are above and beyond, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Not surprised because the managers are wonderful and make you feel like the only customer when in need of help. Such a pleasure each time. Thank you Publix in Okeechobee, where shopping is always a pleasure!!!
