I go here all the time and basically order the same thing evertime woman at desk is very mean the daughter is always pleasant but the mom is to bitchy to continue there im going back to my old place by kmart the place is dirty and cold foods ok its chinese

I laughed when reading the other negative reviews because they're spot on. The cashier is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She yells when taking your order and has a horrible attitude. But not many options in Ashland so I just get my food and leave. Place is clean and food is good. Pack your patience when dealing with this place.

Service was lousy. Sign outside said buffet til 3p. Nothing was out but their menu said it was until 2p. We got there at 230p. So we ordered lunch. No one waited on you, you had to go to the counter and if you sat in their dining room they would bring it to you. The inside had no A C and they didn't bother to acknowledge or apologize for the heat inside. I ordered the beef and broccoli and either it was cheap imitation beef or road kill. Husband's food was fine he had no issues. The had a child about the age of 6 or 7 working the counter. Not sure if that is legal We will never dine there again.

The absolute worst buffet. It stayed empty. Even worst customer service. The cashier "mid-aged woman" has the biggest baddest attitude and was very rude when asked questions. They charge $8 for the buffet the get mad when you ask them are they planning on putting more food out being that it was 65% empty.. They don't deserve your money. Don't waste your money!!!!

The customer service here is horrible. A co worker and I came here for the lunch buffet looked empty. We asked the lady behind the counter are they gonna put any more food out any time soon and she got a terrible attitude with us. 😡Don't wast your money.

The lady behind the counter is just rude. The food is just mediocre and barely edible at best. The place is also freezing cold inside ( this was February) and I am not sure if they have the heat off or if it is broken. The other thing I couldn't figure out, the bathrooms were locked. Gives it a very gas station feel.
