Cannot give any rating as I believe I was ignored this morning! I arrived at this destination around 8:15 a.m. and there were four individuals standing behind the glass windows talking and laughing. There was one other person in the waiting room being interviewed for a procedure of imaging by a young lady. I stood at the window for about 5 minutes before any one recognized me and told me I needed to go to the next window. (The window that I was standing had the sign "IMAGING"). This is not the first time I have been to this location for the imaging department that I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I believe the employee was upset with me over something that happened with me and a member of the Palmyra Fire Department, which had nothing to do with her!!!! I will not be coming back to this location!!!
