I called a lot of local restoration companies and all required a fee to come out and perform an inspection due to it being close to closing time. So much for customer service, right!?! Nevertheless, Top to Bottom was able to come out on the same day and provide me with an inspection and discussed payment options based on the amount of my deductible with the insurance company. It turned out to be a very cost effective solution. The contract was easy to understand and the electronic payment process was seamless. The crew was extremely professional and willing to explain their processes as they performed their tasks. Overall, I received GREAT service and would consider providing their information to my family and friends network.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! Imagine getting a call in the middle of the night and being told that a pipe burst and your basement is filled ankle-high with water. That's what I was dealing with when I spoke to Fred at 4am. He immediately got a team out and they took care of the problem- getting up the water, cutting open the ceiling and the walls in several rooms. They took up the floor throughout the basement and installed heavy duty dryers. They came out everyday to assess the moisture level until everything was all dry. I was out of town while all of this was taking place, but Fred was very easy to work with and he called and/or texted me everyday! I didn't get the chance to meet him until 3 weeks later when he came by to pick up the payment. A true professional, who's company is licensed and bonded and my insurance company is very familiar with. Such a pleasure!

I am so pleased with the whole house paint and bathroom flooring job the company did for me. I didn't have any prior references other than reviews and they are truly 5 Star. I got an estimate right away and that meant the world to me because I needed the work done right away. They squeezed my home into the schedule. My family made a commitment to my parents to facilitate their aging in place, which meant converting a formal living room into ADA complaint 1st floor owner’s suite with bath. TTBRI was a perfect partner in that endeavor. They maintained our project timeline in spite of design flaws, deferred maintenance and hidden termite damage. This is truly notable because we stayed in the house during the renovations. Mr. Johnson has earned his place as my “go to renovator” and I have enthusiastically, referred him to friends and family looking for a contractor. It should be noted that I have a background in new home sales and construction, and my evaluation of this service is from a informed prospective .
