  For us, Top Line Roofing delivered a high-caliber installation that was both timely and affordable. They replaced our old roof with a brand-new GAF Timberline American Harvest system and did a very thorough and professional job. We would not think twice about using New Line once a buddy recommended them to us.

  We used Top line Roofing to replace our roof as well as to extend the roof-line over an expanded patio addition. The Top line Roofing team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled.

  Scott was, above all, one of the top roofers I interviewed before hiring. His price was vey competitive, actually higher than others, but his reviews, his professionalism, and demeanor till completion was a breath of fresh air. He showed he knew what he was doing and he was very patient with all my questions. I have no problem recommending Top Line for all your roof repair needs.

  I called left VM and Scott called me back promptly. I gave him details and he said he would go out check out my commercial location on a Friday. I followed up Monday only to find out he didn't have time. He said he could go out today and I said yes to that but wanted to know how I do I know this was going to happen since he already flaked out Friday. He goes into a tangent about accepting all these calls and working and working 24/7 and that he didn't want to half way do one job. Then I explained I understood I just don't want to be left out of the loop like Friday again. Then he informed me he didn't needed to be lectured to run his business and asked I use someone else.
  
  I understand I don't need to be lecturing you but as I costumer I'm allowed to gain some trust back after you lose my trust.
  
  **UPDATE**
  Scott called back and apologized before he even saw this post. We both agreed what was going on and Scott gain my trust back 100%. He corrected his mistake and went above and beyond to make sure things were square. He did all of this before even realizing I previously had left him a bad review. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone needing a roofer or a solid worker willing to make sure things get done. He did quality work and even warranties his work.

  Scott is very busy and it can take a while to get on his schedule, but I can say it was well worth the wait. I have found that contractors who do a good job are in high demand and it can take a while to get on their schedule. The job was done well and we are very happy with his work. Fair price and attention to detail. I recommended him to a family member who needs a roof.
