Beautiful hike, the last portion of the hike is a bit steep but we'll work the climb. The access roads to the trail head could use a lot of repairs.

Wonderful hike, I went there for the first time but got soaked because it was raining all day. This I already expected but we went anyways. Although it was rainy and foggy there were still some astonishing views. The fog gave it a nice touch too. This hike is rated moderate and I would agree. It's not really that hard, if I had to compare it to one near bellingham then the Oyster Dome hike from chuckanut might be pretty similar for difficulty. So many different views on the way up, from switch backs to plans, to cliffs. It's definitely a hike to put on a list. This hike would most definitely be better when it's clear and sunny out.

Spectacular hike. Approximately 6 hours return. Switch backs in forest for first 1.5 hours, then views of mountains. The last part is fairly steep, but worth the climb.
