  Integrity, Impressive, Genuine, Helpful, Personable! These are just a few of endless words to describe this place. Best used car dealership in Des Moines! Had several people say I should go to Tom's U-Save Budget Lot. Being a single parent, I needed to find a place that would be in my budget as well as trustworthy. When we arrived we were respectfully greeted by Alan, a helpful, outgoing, genuine and happy salesman for the lot. Unlike other places we had been, he gave us a chance to look around instead of hovering over us and never tried to push a sale. After looking through the lot, he answered all our questions and knew what questions to ask us in order to point us in the right directions. He kindly suggested a car that I thought would be above my budget but surprisingly was in my budget. Alan took the time to go through the details of the benefits of the vehicle and allowed the time needed to come to a decision. He took the time to see if what needed to be done with the vehicle to improve the car so met all my expectations. He made the buying process go extremely smooth. The impressiveness doesn't stop with him. The mechanics and office staff showed the same level of attentiveness to detail as Alan. After purchasing the vehicle I was asked to drive it for a week, figure out anything I thought needed to be done and bring it back to finalize repairs needed. Alan maintained consistent communication between myself and the mechanics. When I brought the car back to the lot, the mechanics did everything needed to fix any possible issues, even ones that I never knew existed. They took the time to be certain the vehicle was in the best condition possible. All the employees maintained high integrity from the moment we pulled onto the lot to the moment we picked the vehicle up after the final repairs. I will definitely be recommending Tom's Auto Sales U-Save Budget Lot to everyone I know who are looking for a place to purchase a reliable used vehicle. It's extremely comforting to know there is a trustworthy place that isn't just looking at customers as dollar signs but treat everyone as important and deserving of a reliable, safe vehicle. I am very grateful others pointed me in this direction.
