  A couple weeks ago, I started my fourth lease with this dealership. This place is fantastic! Staff is pleasant and friendly and I really feel like they are interested in helping the customer. My sales person was Scott Herrman and I couldn’t have asked for better. He was stress free, helpful and knowledgeable...all things we are looking for when it comes to car shopping. Find this guy when you come here, you won’t regret it! We talked about what I was looking for in my next lease and he delivered and exceeded. Can’t recommend enough!

  My lease was up on my 2015 Nissan Rogue and I didn’t know if I wanted to stay with Nissan again. I like trying new cars and brands every few years so I began car shopping and explored multiple brands and dealers. I visited 2 dealerships on 96th street and thought I’d check out Nissan again. So happy I did! Tony Horn is the reason I stayed with Nissan. He was persistent without being pushy and got me into the car I ultimately wanted. He knew I wasn’t in a rush to get into a car when I met with him but stayed in touch and let me know when new promotions came out. His knowledge of the brand, leasing and over all awesome attitude is the reason I stayed with Nissan! Thanks Tony Horn! You’re the best!

  I had such an amazing experience at Tom Wood Nissan. I purchased my first car and thanks to Tim Walls the buying experience was very easy and stress free. I’m my last experiences trying to purchase a car I’ve always felt very intimidated by the salesmen. Everyone at Tom Wood made me feel very comfortable and they were all very friendly. If you are looking to purchase your first vehicle, I would highly recommend Tom Wood Nissan!

  Excellent service throughout the purchase of my 2017 Nissan Altima. Extremely knowledgeable salesman who took the time to fully understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was given options without pressure. When I made the decision it was because I felt secure that I hadn't missed anything thanks to Jeff. I couldn't have asked for more. The entire process was trouble free thanks to Jeff Altman and the rest of the staff. He followed up by phone to be sure that I wasn't having any issues with the vehicle or any questions that I might have come up with. Super people. Great dealership. I made the right decision with Tom Wood. I'm looking forward to my free car washes for life. ;-). My best advice based on 50 years of buying vehicles is to try Tom Wood first and look up Jeff Altman while you're there.

  Super fast and efficient service! I got my oil changed, tires rotated and a car wash in 30 minutes. They were super friendly as well. Great job!

  Being from the Indianapolis area, I am VERY familiar with Tom Wood. Years ago I purchased a couple of vehicles from Tom Wood Ford. I am happy to say that the level of service and responsiveness has only improved, which is not an easy thing to do (improve upon excellence) - from the Service Department to Sales - Tom Wood is amazing!
  
  Brian Cummins was amazing and spearheaded the awesome process pf acquiring my new Rogue Sport. I love the vehicle and love this dealership. Highly recommended.

  I had a great experience choosing and completing the process of getting my new Rogue. The sales and finance team were great to work with. Very personable, considerate and kind through the entire process. While I generally have a busy schedule I was able to get everything done when it worked for me.

  Tim Walls and Scott Herrman were amazing! Funny, helpful but professional. Neither were pushy and stayed excited even after I changed my mind. It was a great experience!! Even the "finance guy" was accommodating. I would highly recommend Tom Wood and Tim Walls!!

  Absolutely top notch service. Brian Cummins took care of me and made buying a new car a very enjoyable experience. He helped me find what I was looking for instead of what he wanted to sell. I have NEVER had better service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy new or used. No pressure at all.

  Have had my wife's vehicle serviced here on two occasions. The dealership is located in a very traffic heavy part of town and not super easy to access from the east bound lanes.
  
  Nissan does a great job of treating the customer well. There are drinks, coffee and snacks available. They also have comfortable seats while you wait.
  
  The work seems to be done well, although I have noted some issues with cosmetics. Nothing major. Another aspect is the extreme cost of the service of Nissan. Other than that I have no complaints. They always wash and vacuum the vehicle when completed 😎

  As a first time car buyer, student, and a twenty-two year old with a very limited financial/credit history, finding a dealership where people were willing to take me seriously and work with me had been nearly impossible. I must say, I had somewhat of a negative attitude walking in, but was met with such wonderful customer service and optimism. Never once did I feel pressured into a situation that was outside of what I initially intended and when I happened across a car that I thought might work for me, my lifestyle and family situation was taken into an account and instead of a used car, I left with a brand new one, through leasing.
  
  After all the rejection at other dealerships, I would have never even thought to try for a lease if it weren't for the patience and guidance of the Tom Wood crew (I believe it was specifically, Dave, who reminded me what he would want for his daughters and informed me that he thought leasing would put me in the best situation). Everyone was so kind and really tried to help me find the best vehicle within my price point, safe for my son and I, and reliable.
  
  I worked with Ryan McCloud and he was such a joy! He, and others, definitely saw me as a person rather than a sale. I cannot say enough positive things about him and the others at this dealership. I feel extremely grateful for my experience.

  There are no words to describe my impeccable experience when visiting Tom wood Nissan. Scott Herman could not have been anymore professional and knowledgeable about the type of vehicle that would best suit my family not only economically , but with extreme comfort and style.
