Was quoted $30 to swap my rim out for my spare rim and was told it would take 30 mins. That seemed a little excessive. I called the shop across the street and they quoted me $5 and did it in 3 mins. They are overcharging women or their prices are inflated. I’m just glad i didn’t go with them.

I lived in LB for two years and always went to Tom’s for all my car repairs because of their efficiency, communication, amazing customer service, and to support a family business. I now live in Beverly Hills and will make the drive to Tom’s for my car’s oil change and any repairs that pop up (it’s worth the drive to have my car inspected by them). Despite how busy their team is, they’re always good about getting me in and having my car ready the same day.

I also want to add that their waiting room is very comfortable, clean, and quiet to work from. They have couches and lounge chairs, a mini fridge with refreshments, and a solid coffee setup.

Thanks for your service and endless hospitality! Ya’ll are awesome and you have a customer for life.

I was looking for a place that offers wheel alignment because I got new tires. Found Tom's Automotive Service Center to be very close to my place and scheduled an appointment.

Called and in a few hours I was in their shop. Waited about 5 mins since there was a customer ahead of me. They did my car and 25mins later I was out of the shop. They drove test my car too, before and after the alignment, which was great. Tells me they really do their job very well.

Customer service was great! Victor and Mario and the mechanic was great! Very good place to go get your car fixed. Prices were also very good compared to other shops I was able to contact. Definitely recommend this place!
