  Booked a vacation rental through Parsons Villas in 2020 and it was so amazing, we ended up extending our stay by a few extra days! Home was beautiful and management super responsive.

  This is a beautiful place to gather. Our family had a terrific stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. All of the accommodations were very comfortable and the staff very good to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather also cooperated for the weekend we were there, which was an absolute plus. We would definitely consider staying here again. I highly recommend the Cochise Villa to anyone considering it.

  We stayed in open floor plan loft that was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, bath room and laundry area was very nice with great large tub for bathing. Swimming pool and spa is shared with two other rentals. Everyone in area was very quite, it felt like we had place to ourselves. Location is near great golf courses, hiking and mountain biking. Had a wonderful time.

  Property was nice and had a lot of amenities to it, the team at Parsons Villas was excellent at getting us a few things that were needed for our stay. The only downside was the hot tub was not clean and even though they sent a guy out to clean it, he just added chemicals to it and left while the tub had a ring of dirt/scum around the inside of it and was full of sand and leaves on the bottom of it. We did not use it as it was pretty warm out so not a big deal to us. The place was spacious and we had a great time and really thank the concierge team for their quick actions to get us extra glasses and such as we were a group of 12 and need a few extra of what they had there already.

  We rented a house for a week and the house made our vacation!!!
  Our house had 5 fully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms the master suite was HUGE and it’s bathroom was the size of my living room at home.
  Big kitchen and living room.
  We went swimming all day sat in the hot tub and made bbqs in our gorgeous backyard.
  The house also came with a pool table bar and many many more amenities.
  You guys were so easy to work with thank you!!!
  Definitely deserves 10 stars.
