Our salesperson, at Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, Ky, Matthew Geraci, patiently helped us decided upon and then find the car that best matched our wants, needs, and budget. He understood our need to spend a day or two thinking about purchasing that perfect car. We felt no pressure or rush from Matthew, which we greatly appreciated. Matthew definitely went above and beyond his responsibilities to us as our salesperson. He worked around our schedule, even coming in twice on his days off to help us.
Throughout the whole car buying process, Matthew was professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Matthew to anyone interested in buying a car. In fact, all the people we encountered at Tom Gill Chevrolet were very friendly and helpful.response / report this review -

My daughter and I had an extraordinary buying experience with Daniel Anderschat. At no time did we feel pressured, and loved the no nonsense approach to the sales process. We genuinely felt appreciated, respected, and he had an engaging personality too! The experience with Mindy in finance was equally positive. Great all around. Highly recommend — I will buy here again!

Tom Gill Chevrolet is the friendliest, easy shopping experience I have had in my life. All of the folks a Tim Gill are there to help you find you car and make the rest of the experience laid back. Their no haggle experience combined with competitive pricing makes them the place to shop. I watch and observed all the Tom Gill team as they interacted with every customer to make sure they were taken care of. Tom has put together a dynamic team that is customer service drive with out the high pressure. Thank you Cheyenne for your spot on help to make our experience the BEST.

A business of character indeed! Tom Gill Chevrolet delivers - great vehicles, great prices and an incredible staff! I had the, THE best car buying experience in my life time. In the past buying a car was always an experience I dreaded. Not at Tom Gill. Jennifer Newton was spot on everything she told us throughout the whole experience. I just can not say enough good things of the experience we had when buying our 2018 Malibu with her to guide us! If you want a courteous, smooth and honest car buying experience just see Jennifer Newton at Tom Gill. So why would you go any place else??? Thanks again Jennifer!

I purchased my first new vehicle at Tom Gill Chevrolet. Jimmy Wolfe was our product specialist. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of our new 2018 Traverse. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions, and made the car buying experience seem easy. Jimmy did not pressure us, but helped us find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. I would highly recommend him!

Easiest car purchasing experience we have ever had. Jimmy Wolfe's customer service went above and beyond and helped make buying a car stress free. Love that there is no back and forth haggling. We feel we got a fair, and honest deal. I would definitely recommend Tom Gill. Ask for Jimmy!

Jimmy Wolfe helped me go home with a brand new 2017 Chevy Spark today. He went FAR out of his way to accommodate my preferences. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service I received today and I am most happy with my purchase. We receive such amazing service from Jimmy Wolfe at Tom Gill Chevrolet. After receiving the run around from another dealer we found an even better truck that we completely fell in love with and was fairly priced. Jimmy is incredibly professional and was so helpful with all of our questions. The whole team there was very friendly. I definitely will be a returning customer when it's time to upgrade our next vehicle and will recommend Jimmy and his team to all of my friends and family.

After having a rough experience at another dealership, we were pleased to find a no-pressure atmosphere with a clear and easy price. We had narrowed down our choices, but the extra warranty offered, the free car washes and oil changes, and the helpful service were great bonuses in our experience. We had the car held overnight to make sure we were making the right decision, and it was ready for us to check out the next morning. All of our questions were answered with great documentation, and we knew we could trust the car was a great buy. Andrew even came in on his day off to complete the sale with us, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy and everything was in order. I have already recommended them to a coworker looking to buy a car.

I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional presentation and service I was given at Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, KY by one of their salesmen (“Product Specialist!”) Demoore Gray moves me to applaud the customer service at that dealership. I have Never before received such total attention to my needs, old school respect, and thorough explanation of features (sidestepping having to admit my ignorance!) from someone with such an engaging personality and smooth communication skills. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for him personally at Tom Gill Chevrolet.

Bob and Joan Cain just picked up our 2016 Buick Encore and couldn't be happier with our experience we had with Steve Fischer. He explain the Tom Gill advantage and what we can expect with life time oil changes, free life time car washes as well as the extended power train warranty. Very Pleased with our experience. Adam Noah was knowledgeable and helpful. He provided options I was not aware of for selecting and financing pre-owned vehicles. This allowed me to to find and afford the right car for me. The no haggle process is a great way to buy a car as this is no pressure sales approach just people wanting you to be happy with your choice. I checked around but this was still the best price on my car, thanks Adam !

James Hargis made my whole experience great! He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I've never had such an easier time buying a car, or as fast, I was in & out with my new car in 2 hrs. I told him my budget and the staff was able to get me what I wanted all the way around. I will never go any where again. I will be telling everyone about my experience and recommending them to go here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service & help!!!

Just bought our 1st vehicle with Tom Gill. James H was excellent to work with. He was not pushy at all. When I first went in, the used car I was wanting was a tad out of my price range. As with most used vehicles it sat and they lowered the price. James called me right away and we made it work the second time. The most important part was that even though we couldn't get a deal done the 1st time, they didn't hound me or try to get me to look at something else. They respected my thoughts and things ended up working out in the end. They pride themselves on no haggle prices and that is what you will get. Don't expect or dread the idea of negotiating because you won't be able or need to.
