We had an excellent experience at Tom Ahl. Terry was our Salesman and showed us all the many features of the car. We also spent time with Tom Ahl and we enjoyed talking with him. This was our 2nd car from Tom Ahl and although we live in Dayton , our next car will be from him also.

Tom Ahl Hyundai is the only place we even look for vehicles. My family has gotten 4 cars from here. Ted Kill is an awesome salesman! He showed us how everything works on the vehicle I was interested in, both before we test drove it and then again after I bought it. I'm sure this won't be the last time we get a car from Tom Ahl Hyundai!!

We are very happy with our experience with our Sales Consultant Mr. Ted Kill. We purchased our first vehicle from him about 10 months ago. It was so easy and pressure free that we went back again since our family has grown and needed a larger 2nd vehicle. All the staff from sales, service, management, all the way to Mr. Tom Ahl are easy to talk to and genuinely interested in helping and making the experience pain free and enjoyable. Must also note that the warranty packages are very reasonable and give you that extra piece of mind.
Don't normally fill out comment sections. However, dealing with other car lots we have become lifelong customers of Tom Ahl.response / report this review -

I decided to trade in my car for a new one, and the only place I considered was Tom Ahl, as my previous 2 cars were purchased there as well.

What a great experience! Ted Kill helped us find the perfect vehicle. He knows his cars, is very funny, and loves telling a story or two. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and everyone (manager, owner, finance, etc) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

I would definitely recommend buying from Tom Ahl's. Terry Hensley was an awesome salesman & was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He went way above and beyond to help me out in every way he could and explained everything every step of the way. It was so nice to know he was willing to build that relationship with a client & not just out to make a sale. I will definitely be going back to him in the future as well as referring others to him. Thank you Terry for everything you did to make my experience a great one!!

They knocked my socks off. I got a great deal on a new used car and the customer service was amazing. Ted helped me so much and really knew so much about the car he sold me that it made me feel confident in the car that I bought. 10/10 for over all service and spirit. This is a true family dealership and never want to have to buy a car from anyone else.

We had been looking for awhile for just the right ride so, while in Lima we drove thought to see what they had in stock. We have gotten 3 other vehicles here over the years and already knew this was a good place to buy from. Wonderful treatment, no games just good deals with Great Service!
