It's crowded. It's somewhat expensive. Service is slow(because it's crowded). The food is decent. Those are the drawbacks. Overall, it is a fine establishment that I wouldn't go out of the way for, but if you passed by, you wouldn't regret it. The food isn't so special, as hinted at before, but is presented well. Though slow, the service is reliable and helpful. I would describe the space as a bit more than comfortable. It's a good place, bottom line.

Good classic breakfast fare in a old school diner. The staff were super friendly and you could tell they really connect with customers. There were a couple locals there first thing in the morning and they were treated like part of the family.

The location is good in walkable Red Bank, it is a cute old diner building, and the young staff is pleasant. But the food is only okay: fine for the breakfast basics, but the special stuff (omlettes, benedicts, etc.) seem slightly bland and under-seasoned. I definitely would not shy away from coming here, but it wouldn't be my first choice with so many excellent breakfast places in the area. In Red Bank, try the In Between or the Danish Cafe for really good food.

Since initial posting, service and quality in Red Bank has gone down. Still clean, fresh food. Some interesting specials. But staffed mostly by kids, very high turnover. If you pay in cash, no change returned. Music very loud (kids running the place). Not good place for adults. I've heard their Asbury Park location is much better.

Good food as always. Food quality seems better earlier in the morning when sides (buscuits, sweet potato fries, etc.) are fresh made. Service faster indoors than outside.

The old Red Bank Diner. Many of us sobered up there after the bars closed, back in the good old days. A familiar spot to enjoy a good breakfast. Friendly weight staff. Gets busy on the weekends for breakfast, go before 9 if you want to avoid the crowd.

I love this place, something for everyone. Friendly service quick and yummy. Red velvet pancakes are delish and this time I tried the crab hash, also very good

Food is consistently fresh and delicious. I have been here 3 times so far. I love the variety of specialty omelets. The staff is very young and are still learning. They sometimes forget the little details,(like refilling drinks or getting those napkins you asked for.) They are all friendly and the food takes an average amount of time to get to the table. They are good about making sure customers get seated right away. The price is what you would expect from a trendy little breakfast joint in Red Bank. We average $30 -$50 bills - that's for 2 adults and 2 children. Bathrooms are extremely clean, There are sparkles on the floor part of the tiling, it's very cute. The only downside is parkingg. because: Red Bank

Food was great. This place used to be the old diner in Red Bank. Toast definitely brought their great recipes and food with them here.

Staff was rude. Food was good. Coffee was cold. GO TO ASBURY if you want toast.
