This is a great older theatre that has been restored. They often show older films for free at different times every month.

Beautiful facility, and love the Owen Valley Winery option there as well. The snacks are available at a reasonable price.

The Historic Tivoli Theater has a mountain of history behind it, and the recent restoration by Owen County Preservations and Cook Inc did a remarkable job of keeping that history intact.

I've been here for movies, plays and concerts of all sizes, and the mainly volunteer staff take pride in providing a quality professional experience for every show. For movies, you can't beat $5 a ticket, and that's not $5 for a movie that's been out for a month, they carry plenty of opening day movies as well as major current hits. Not to mention the free movie nights sponsored by local groups and businesses that happen throughout each month.

Concessions aren't going to break the bank either, unlike most major chain theaters.

I'll put it this way. I don't go to other theaters now and drain my wallet for a $12 ticket and $30 of snacks. I can take my family of 5 to the movies here for $25 for all of us and still be able to get everyone drinks and snacks without being depressed the whole movie about the cost.

If you haven't been, check out their schedule and come over for yourself.

A historic non-profit play house and movie theater modernized for the latest block busters, but with that nostalgic small town feela unique experience that won't break the bank.

The Volunteers are super friendly and helpful. Pricing is excellent with $5 & $3 tickets and concessions are as equally low priced. New current movies on weekends and free throwbacks during the week.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Smaller, compact theater compared to the corporate, large-scale places But this place has charm and comfort. It's so great to see a historic place revitalized so WELL and given a chance to succeed.

Moreover, the prices are fantastic! We drive from Bloomington just because it's a more enjoyable, memorable experience going to a movie here. Keep it up Tivoli!!

Talk about a blast from the past! When you walk through the doors of the Tivoli, it is like you just stepped through a time portal. A great venue. The volunteer staff are amazing. Prices are fantastic. Very family friendly. You need to go to the Tivoli at least once just for the experience.
