Truck was stolen and recovered by chp, they called for a truck from this company to tow my truck from an embankment after the individual who stole the truck went off the road. Victim of crime due to theft of my truck and also victimized by this company for charges of a service they did not render. Filed a complaint with chp about the situation, they charged me extra money for a truck that was not used claiming they needed two trucks, chp verified with officer on the scene that they only needed one truck and it had to be a flatbed truck. They sent the wrong truck but still added the charge to my fees, I would've been more than happy to pay whatever services the one truck rendered that was actually used but I had to pay the full balance to get my truck back so that extra fees could not be added.

Be careful when using this company. Their employees are not properly trained on lifting vehicles. After improperly lifting my vehicle it is now damaged.
