I was really impressed by these people. They're a straightforward and no bs establishment. I scheduled to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced along with my WV state vehicle inspection, which would have cost me around $300, but they told me I had plenty of pad left on my brakes and saved me a ton and paid only $14. You just don't find that kind of honestly often these days. They'll have my business for anything I need from here on. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I can't recommend Rainbow Tire enough! Tammy and I believe Jason went above and beyond to accommodate my needs twice in the past 4 months. 1st they located and installed a perfectly matched used tire on my Jeep Patriot so I not only looked good as well as safe until I was able to purchase 4 new tires. When looking for new tires I wanted aggressive (k02's) but due to manufacture recommendation I was unable to get what I wanted. Tammy took the time to search and found a comparable tire and I'll admit it was hard because I'm extremely picky! She found a aggressive tire that looks good and had it the next day. I actually ordered another set to put on my son's Jeep. I explained that I drive long distance and was leaving from there heading about 500 miles. They torqued my lugs one more time, made sure my Jeep was safe and didn't try to make false repairs like others in the area. These folks are HONEST, FRIENDLY, & Hard Working. They've earned a loyal customer for life. We have 4 children, 3 driving and we'd trust them to repair our children's vehicles!

I've been going here for years, and I'm always amazed at the service and care taken. I really feel like Seth and all the guys here take care of my stuff and are enthusiastic about it like it was their own. Can't recommend these guys enough.

These guys literally saved our family vacation! We were on a road trip when our van started having engine issues along 68. We managed to make it to this shop, where Jason, Joel, and the whole crew went far above and beyond in diagnosing, fixing, and testing the vehicle in a timely and affordable manner. They were knowledgeable, professional, hospitable, and understanding. We were back on the road within a couple hours, and the van rides and runs better than it has in years. We need more shops like this!

They do not rip you off like everyone else. Nice people treat you right. Free coffee, tv, wireless, I can work while I wait for my car, never too long a wait. No appointment necessary but if you made one they honor it.

I arrived with a tire that was about to have a major blowout. Despite not having the tire I needed in stock, they called around to a ton of places to find me a tire. They put my spare on, and sent me on my way to the location with the new tire with a handshake. These folks are the best!

I have been to Rainbow Tire Lady three times, and I would highly recommend them. Their tire prices are some of the lowest in the area, their service is fast, their staff is friendly, and they always do their best to accommodate the customer. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but they always explain everything to me. I don't trust every car shop in the area - I worry some are just trying to make me spend more money - but they've never tried to up sell me or try and have me buy things I don't need. As long as I live in Morgantown I won't get my tires anywhere else.

I've been coming here since I've moved to Morgantown. Super honest people with great prices. I recently came in thinking I needed brakes and Jason was happy to give me a quote and schedule me in. About 10 minutes after waiting he came out and said they were fine and had about a year left. " we're not here to replace parts that don't need to." If you're looking for affordable prices and honest people, come here.

Definitely a different name for a tire shop. Regardless, they have a very nice lounge/waiting area with a huge couch and TV. But service took forever even with an appointment and I was denied any inspection sticker supposedly due to my rear brakes, which I was told were fine at another shop just 2 weeks ago.
