  Fast took my car right in had a small problem but they fixed it Jesse was really good excellent service I wood recommend them better yet I went to a lot of tire places they had the best prices of any one of the others I liked the seasonal tread it looked better than other tires I looked at

  After a bad experience at dealership down the road, I was reccomended to try Tire Factory. I was extremely happy with their services and especially customer service (I personally delt with Jesse who was wonderful and very patient!). They have great priced tires and are definitely looking out for their customers. If you’re looking for a tire company that you can trust with your vehicle and will have a pleasant customer service experience, I would highly recommend the Tire Factory.

  If you are looking for tires or tire service in the area, this is the place. Good prices and a great and honest staff. Everyone I've sent here has reported being treated fairly and getting a good deal - plus they have Nokian tires - which are awesome.

  Got a flat tire on our motor home while on a September wine tasting tour with a dozen of us in the coach. We lifted the vehicle with our hydraulic levelers, they quickly fixed the flat with a plug and we were on our way! Thanx to the Tire Factory for getting our party back on wheels at a reasonable price.

  Ever since we've moved up to northern Michigan, we've went here to get tires. They are always very knowledgeable about there products and have the best prices around! I highly recommend them!
