Ed made the appointment and my car was taken care of quickly. I had a severe pull to the right and the guys did a complete alignment. I still have a pull and Todd set up another appointment to fix the problem on Monday.
Fast and friendly staff ask for Micah get you in fast service very satisfied.
Quick, friendly service and good selection of tires at decent prices.
Excellent customer service. I had a very minor issue after an alignment and they took care of it immediately. Micah is friendly and helpful.
Little higher priced for tires but convenient and friendly.
No BS here. They are honest and will do u good. No haggling you into services not needed
I've been going here since 2005, when I had a frozen lug and had to limp down the road to get there. Their work is always top notch, customer service polite and prompt. If they can't fit you in they say so and schedule you, rather than dragging you along.
Their work is always good quality, but their customer service is excellent. They went out of their way to help me several times, and didn't charge me when my car completely failed. Recommending to everyone~
I had a wonderful employee helping me during my visit. He had a bit of trouble knowing how to remove my spare tire which required a few calls to the dealer, but he got it done. I'm assuming the gruff foul language man was a manager. He walked into the building swearing even though I had two young children present. He wasn't very friendly and seemed rather agitated he couldn't find the ibuprofen that was supposed to be in the desk.
To the Manager and staff of this branch. You are a blessing, friendly and for being honest to strangers like us women who happened to have a car problem in our road trip to Milwaukee, WI. Women who does not have much knowledge about cars but just like what you said where the problem is, you fixed it fast in a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend you to everybody. Your waiting area is clean and your restroom is super clean compared to others. Thank you very much.
Letter to BBB/GoodYear/Local News
My Wife brought her 2001 Nissan to this location to have her car fixed. The Driver side control arm was broke. The man behind the counter said that the lower side control arm needed to be replaced, that we might want to consider replacing the other side as well. He made it clear that it wasn't a necessity. We opted out of the 2nd control arm. However he did say that the stabilizer links needed to be replaced and that when they are purchased they are purchased in a pair. So we agreed to replace both of them. So at this point we have agreed to replace the driver side lower control arm, and both stabilizer links. $467.00 was the total of this repair. They called my wife at 5:30 to pick her car up. When she picked up the car and drove it home the car pulled left something fierce, so bad that she was afraid to drive it. When she arrived home she called the repair station to complain about the pull. Nobody answered, they closed at 6. The next morning she called to complain and they said the pulling was from the parts we did not want to replace (the passenger side lower control arm), she said "No, it never pulled before and the only thing we didn't replace was the passenger side lower control arm" The man stated that she would need to bring it back in so they can "look" at it. I called them and asked them why they didn't align the front end after working on it. I spoke with the manager (Brad Williams) and he said he would align it for $79.00. I said no way; it should have been aligned before it left the first time. He (Brad) said its an additional charge and they didn't think I would want it done because I didn't want to replace the other control arm. I reminded him (as if they couldn't tell) my wife is 9 month pregnant, due this week on the 7th. She cannot be driving this car, it is unsafe. Again he said he would align the front end for $79.00. This conversation quickly got heated up, and Eric was snide, rude and condescending and he thinks it is ok because he was "polite" about it. I told him I was calling Goodyear HQ (this is a Goodyear repair shop), he said "go ahead, they can’t do anything" Furious I hung up the phone and called GY, placed my complaint. One hr. later I got a phone call from the so called "owner" of this establishment. I went over the whole story with him, further discussion reviles that they NEVER even replaced or repaired the passenger side stabilizer link. Which only made this situation worse, They DID NOT do what they were paid to do, and made the car worse. When I brought this to the "owners" attention he stated " my tec overheard you say you were just going to trade the car in, so he didn't finish" WHAT???? did you just say that to me?? I told him he needs to align the front end; he said he refuses to unless we replace the other side control arm. I told him I was contacting BBB he said call anyone you want, I don't care what you do, you are not welcome to bring your car back here. As angry as can be I told him I was also calling my CC company to dispute the charges since he didn't do the repairs we paid for, and since the car is worse now than ever. I did contact my CC Company to dispute the charges. We brought our car to a different dealer and had a full inspection done on the car what they found wrong was
Rear Breaks needed work
Break system needed to be flushed
Belt needed replaced
AND THE KICKER the FRONT LEFT SPINDLE BEARINGS have been bent!
*Nothing about a passenger side lower control arm/bearing.
The service station that replaced the front left lower control arm bent the left front spindle bearing!!
So now these guys didn't complete their job that was paid for, they tried to sell me repairs that did not need to be repaired and used that as the excuse to not properly align the front end, they also bent the spindle bearing. On top of this the manager and owner both need customer service lessons. Maybe they were being so mean because they knew they broke other parts.
I have all paperwork to prove what I have said here.
The experienced and friendly staff did a great job of fixing a complex issue with my car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Took my car in to have brakes checked - they said I needed over $900 worth of work done. Went to another garage in Greenwood and they said brakes were fine - had at least 1 more year in them.
