I was very pleased to find Tiny Tykes. My two year nice was visiting from Massachusetts and I needed to find a place close to me in Naples, Florida, who dealt with rental of baby equipment. I found Tiny Tykes, the are very accommendating as they have several locations in South West Florida. They were very friendly, professional, and kind. The prices were very good, and the equipment was very well maintained. It was a great visit, baby was safe and very happy.

The staff at Tiny Tykes Treasures is very helpful and accommodating. I have rented cribs in the past and the cribs are clean, attractive, well-maintained and sturdy. The delivery and pickup is convenient and the delivery staff is very helpful. I am renting a twin size rollaway bed for a few days this season and the staff was helpful in suggesting sheets and mattress pads. Great service!

Easy to place order and includes set up and take down. Everything is clean and in good working order. I would highly recommend to all families and grandparents to use Tiny Tikes when their children and grandchildren are visiting Florida.

We visit Florida every year, and the past 3 years we have had my son. Tiny Tikes Treasures always had exactly what we need, for his age. Their products are clean, which I really appreciate!

We have used Tiny Tikes on 2 separate occasions and they have been very accommodating. All of their equipment is very clean and in very good shape (cribs, high chair, booster seat, strollers just to name a few of the items we rented). Our one baby stroller showed up with a flat tire and they came back at 8pm to fix it! We had to make some last minute additions once we arrived at our vacation rental (such as baby gates) and they delivered them within hours. Their customer service is excellent from start to finish! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Rented a stroller, high chair and crib for my 2 year old grandson, everything was in great condition and delivered on time. This is the second time I have used their service and will use them again next year.

I rented a crib from the company. The first one delivered was broken, and the drop off driver acknowledged it's malfunction. The second one delivered fell apart as soon as I put my infant son in the crib. The hinge fell off, three tiny screws fell out, the sides came apart and the crib was completely unsafe. Since I now had no place for my son to sleep, I had to go to Walmart after traveling all day to buy my son a pack-n-play so he would have somewhere to sleep that night. I called to ask for a new crib to be delivered. The owner was extremely rude and implied that the broken cribs must have been our fault and she refused to reimburse me for the pack-n-play I had to go and purchase. She would not commit to the refund until she saw the broken crib in person. Stormy (the owner) promised to come inspect the broken crib and deliver a new crib by noon. We waited around all day for Stormy to come, and she never did. At 6:15 pm I called the store yet again, and she rudely said she was on her way and hung up on me when I asked more questions. A different person showed up (a man, not the owner who said she would come). He confirmed that the crib was indeed broken, and promised a refund. I refused any new crib, as I did not want to place my son to sleep in something provided by this company (due to the history of them delivery two unsafe cribs not suitable for infants). A week has gone by and not only did the owner never call to apologize, but she refuses to answer my calls, call me back, or issue my refund that was promised to me. I paid for a service that was never rendered and she is evading me.
There were plenty of other issues (promised to price match, which she did not, dirty high chair, ripped sheet on mattress) but my focus is solely on the unsafe cribs provided and the refusal of refund.response / report this review -

We called to order a fold-out cot for some extra company. Left a message and the owner called us back shortly. The cot arrived the same day, we werer very pleased with the service!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They don't answer their phone; you have to leave a message and they'll call you back. We rented swimmies and a baby tube, then quickly realized we could buy them for cheaper and cancelled our order within an hour. We called them and they said "no problem." They subsequently charged our credit card and won't call us back. Crooks!!!
