I also decided to write a review after all of the poor ones. I have never had a problem here. They are on time and most importantly, the techs are great. They never hurt me and are quick and efficient. This location is busy, but they handle it quite well.

I made my early morning appointment online (easy to do) and was in and out within 15 minutes. There is no need for a greeter to watch you sign in; many facilities have you sign in and wait for your name to be called. The data entry clerks are personable, knowledgeable and working as fast as they can to process your paperwork so you can get in and out as fast as possible. The phlebotomist was polite, efficient, and skillful, barely felt the stick and no bruising. If you can't make an appointment, then just wait your turn in line with those ahead of you.

I went there for blood work about 5 months ago, the staff was friendly but it was very crowded, yes screaming kids and not place to sit. I was in and out within 20 minutes however; when I went to see my doctor for my results about a month later, they still didn't have it. After the nurse called them several times for the results they finally faxed what they thought to be mine, instead they faxed someone else results. They had my name, DOB, had me as a male and everything else wrong. NEVER will I be returning to this location!!!!

After reading some of the other reviews, I was reluctant to go to this lab. However, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very efficient. There were 4 people drawing blood. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes as a walk-in.

A tiny dingy dirty out dated hole, packed with people and screaming children,
With nowhere to sit Upon sign in no one is there to greet you. Was here for my glucose test during pregnancy, but I literally signed in, looked for a seat, and scribbled my name off the list and went to park shore quest. I felt like I was in a third world country, never again will I return to this location. Yuck !!!!! Not a pleasant experience !!! Don't listen to the lady way down below saying "reviewers don't know what they're talking about.." Read the rest of the reviews, this place is a dump! Literally the worst lab I've been to in my entire life. There was no place to sit and they only had one person drawing blood. I put my name on a list and waited an hour and a half without even being called. I talked to someone who had been waiting three hours when I decided to leave. In the 2 hours I was there they only called 3 or 4 people back. It does not take 30 minutes to draw blood!

This is properly the worst experience I ever had a s lab. The staff was rude, the office did not have enough seats for the patients, the waiting time was over two hours for a blood test! How the organization stays in business is beyond me, but they are the only game in town.

After reading such negative reviews I expected the worst. Couldn't be further from the truth. Sign in, they call you for financial info, sit down, they call you for blood work. DONE So fast and simple, I was shocked. Just goes to show you that reviews aren't everything and/or people change. They were friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. Very very pleased! Yes, the phone system is not the best, but they honored our appointment time we made on line, actually took us sooner.
