Hardest working and just the nicest local bakery and local folks around ! We especially want to thank you for getting up so early every day and making all the great variety of items that my small crew and myself really enjoy first thing in the morning ! Happy Holidays We Love You !!!!

My wife and I were referred to buy a cake for our nieces 18th Birthday! My wife ordered the cake on Monday and paid for the cake in full. She received a call on Friday 6hrs before the cake was due and told that the photo sent on Monday is too small. She was also told that the photo may look grainy and not so clear. My wife was working when she received this phone call and could not send another photo on this late notice. The representative was very rude and then when she spoke to the owner-Tony, he was also very rude. The owner told my wife that he would not argue with her on the phone about the poor customer service provided and would refund $10 dollars for the inconvenience of telling her on short notice that the cake may not look well because of a photo sent. We do not care how many awards this place has won or how people rave about their baked goods! As a paying customer up front in full and sent a photo 4 days before the cake was due. There is no way my wife should have received a phone call the day of pick up to attempt to resolve an issue that could have been resolved days prior. Then when she speaks to an owner and he is just as rude as his employee as if my wife was wrong for complaining about poor customer service! We will never buy a cake or any baked goods from this place again!!! If anyone else cares about good customer don’t expect to get it from here!!!-very unsatisfied customer 😒

I had cupcakes for my birthday last year and my bf bought me 2 cakes for my birthday this past weekend and both were awful I've been a faithful customer for years and there's something different with the cake recipe, it's not the same. Whatever they did, they need to undo! Very disappointed 😔

By far the BEST bakery i've experienced. The food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. If you're in Akronstop in for a treat!

I usually go to Tiffany's to satisfy a sweet tooth. I love their cakes and pastries. However, on this particular day I picked up a bunch of goodies for the family and as I'm paying for my purchase I notice one of the employees handling food without gloves. I am appalled at the lack of proper handling of food of that particular employee to the point that I may never go back and I've gotten birthday cakes from here over 20 years. Just thinkwe don't really know how they handle food when no one is in the store do we? I shudder to think of the possibilities.

Bruce and the team made my wedding cake so incredibly beautiful. Not only was it stunning but it tasted amazing. Everyone told me how great the cake was. We had a white cake with strawberry filling and banana cake with peanut butter filling. Any time I need a cake in the future I will use Tiffany's. i'm already figuring out a time to get another piece of the banana cake with peanut butter filling.

Tiffany's Bakery is wonderful to work with for cakes. I called from out of state to order a cake for a class reunion. They did a phenomenal job. They made great suggestions and the cake exceeded my expectations. The cake was the hit of the reunion. I could not have asked for more. And the cake was delicious too! Thank you!

Loved it here! We loaded up and got a nice big box of goodies. We were happy with everything we purchased. Definitely will be back. The also had sandwiches and icecream!

I would like to thank Tiffany's bakery for such a awesome experience. My son turn 10 on April 9th and i had a Xbox cake made it looked and tasted fantastic. I would like to give a specially HUGE shout out to Miss. Karlee who assisted me she has such a beautifull spirit excellent customer service she was awesome from start to finish. This was my first time visiting and Karlee Hands down stood out thanks for all who participated in the making of his cake everyone loved it.

Tiffany's bakery is the go to place for birthday cakes. On every special occasion my aunt gets a cake from Tiffany's and it's always delicious. They are reasonably priced and they are always very kind and attentive.

Locally owned bakery with great selection. Go earlier in the day in order to take advantage of their best treats because they sell out . You can place orders but I'm not sure if they pricing for dozens because everything seems to individually priced

Tiffany's did my wedding cake- a 4 tier yellow cake that was delicious! I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Bruce made it possible. The cake was amazing. The left over cake was soft and good even after sitting in my fridge for 3 days! I am so glad that we went with them!

I can't not say enough about how professional; helpful and saving me in a pinch this wonderful bakery turned out to be for me! I called the day before a party needing a specialized cake, after being let down by the bakery I already ordered with at the last minute, and Tiffany's Baker put me on hold for about 30 seconds and said, "yes they could do it!" The cake was amazing by way of taste and visually! thank you again from my family to yours!
