  Tidds Roofing is the BEST roofing company in the greater charlotte area. I had a very time sensitive issue with some leaks in my roof due to solar panels, and not only did they repair and replace my roof in a timely manner, but they helped me find a solar panel company to come repair my solar panels as well as my old company is no longer in Charlotte.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything done to their roof. I will be using them from now on and recommending them to all of my real estate clients and friends moving forward!

  Tidds Roofing was excellent. The crews were on time and professional. Clean up was immaculate. We also had interior damage and they were great in the repairs and painting.I would highly recommend this company.

  I would highly recommend Tidds Roofing to anyone looking for a quality company that prides themselves in customer service and getting things right. Our project was not always the smoothest, but Paola and Jeremy made sure that everything along the way was communicated effectively and made right before it was signed off. The initial quote was fair relative to all of the others we received; not the lowest and not the highest. What made the difference was Paola and the attention she paid to our needs and timeline as we closed on a new house.
  
  The crew showed up and took two days to complete the architectural shingles across the whole house. They came back to finish up the metal roof a few weeks later and were receptive to change orders that we initiated after seeing the project come together. As a testament to Tidds' customer service (we were not happy with the fit/finish of the initial metal roof install), they came out multiple times to discuss options and ultimately refinished the whole roof to our satisfaction. You absolutely cannot beat the care and time that Tidds will commit to your project. They genuinely want you to be happy and they recognize it is a considerable financial investment. That's all we could have asked for in a roofer! Thank you Tidds!
