John came out within 2 hours of our call for help. Within 4 hours of him coming out his team was hear ripping up our basement and saving it from mold. I owe them 40k because that's what it would have cost if they didn't help as quick as they did. Will tell all 3 of my friends about them. Rob also great and so was the team, so professional, so quick.

I highly recommend John and the Tidal Wave team. They were very responsive and came out right away to assess the water damage I had. Tidal Wave was very fair and professional about the whole situation, and truly looked out for my best interest when assessing the damage. I will definitely use them again and recommend their work to others.

After a failed thermal expansion tank on my hot water heater caused water damage in my daughter’s room and my garage I was referred to Tidal Wave. Rob came out the same day and walked me through the entire process of drying out the area to prevent mold. He then had his team come out immediately to get started. Rob was here the entire time making sure I knew what was going on and helping to file the insurance claim. When the drying process was complete, Johnny and Justin came to my home to start the process of inventory for repairs. They have been super knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have regarding the process and what I need to do as the homeowner. I would 100% recommend Tidal Wave to anyone and will be keeping their number saved in my phone, in the event I need them in the future. Thank you for making this not so fun process as easy as possible!

I normally do not post reviews but I hope no one experiences what I did with this company. The water Restoration team supervised by Mike was amazing. The floor people did a good job they could have done a better job around the fire place. The painters was absolutely the worst. First some of the furniture remained because I was reassured it would be protected by John the owner
Justin the project manager I only saw 3 times in 2 months. The plastic that was placed on the furniture was some how removed and there was so much dust they had to clean twice. Pillows and rugs was destroyed and even though I was told they would be replaced and cleaned it has not happened 2 months later. The master bedroom that was not being repaired was constantly used. The door was opened so regularly dust was all over my clothes in closet and I do not know why workers was using my bathroom during this process. Rugs was destroyed because foot print of white dust was all over rugs. Painters had to come back 3 times and the job still could be better. All imperfections was painted over, paint is on shower rod and thermostat and other places because no one used tape. Tile in the bathroom still have black substance coming out of some tiles because the grout was not mixed with water and spacing is off. It has been 3 weeks and still not repaired. Kitchen tile was cracked and they have yet to fix it properly after 2 months. A hole was knocked in the bottom of linen closet and shelf leg broken and it was left in the floor. My house was totally disrespected by the painters and Justin has tried to communicate but not enough. John talked well in the beginning but has not responded to any of these issues and have sent nessages with no response. All the items list above still have not been addressed after 3 weeks. They have reached out after some funds was not paid. This is my first time going through this and hopefully my last. I was out of my house for 41 days and they still did not get it right. I highly recommend that if you have a claim use contractors recommended by insurance company. I also would like to add that the water damage was coming from a broken seal on toilet. A few days ago, I walked into kitchen and step in a puddle of water coming from the floor board. The leak seems to be coming from the bathroom Tidal wave was suppose to fix. Pray for me and if you use this company do so at your own risk. You have been warned..
