  I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer-oriented service provided by Patriot SoftWash. The owner, Jim, is personable and passionate about the services his company offers. Technician Michael was great to interact with, is hardworking, and was great about explaining the process and plan for the tasks to be done. I had the following cleaned: exterior 2-story brick house, exterior of gutters, front porch (top to bottom), sidewalk to front door, patio cover, and driveway. Everything looks great and I am so glad to have my house looking so clean on the exterior!

  While not inexpensive, the cost was well worth the expense, and you get more than you pay for. It literally transformed portions of the home exterior to like-new condition. Highly recommended. The crew as prompt, pleasant, professional and did a good job showing the before and after differences, which makes the customer appreciate the service even more.

  Patriot softwash cleaned our Austin Stone and it came out great. Professional and courteous team explained in detail and went the extra mile to ensure it looked amazing when they were done! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to clean up brick or stone on the front of their house

  It took several tries to get a company to call me back for a quote. Jim, at Patriot Wash, was the 1st to get back to me and I am so glad I went with them. I wasn't sure what to expect, or how much something like this would cost, as I had never had my house soft washed/power washed before, but let's just sayyou get what you pay for! Michael was sent out for the job and he was simply amazing. So very detailed, polite, professional, everything you could wish for. He did a superb job on my house. I had all of the Austin stone and stone flowerbed borders soft washed, the front porch, steps and all sidewalks power washed and could not be happier with the end results. Michael explained the process, in detail, covered all of my perennial flowering plants that were springing up, to protect them, cleaned up nicely, put everything back and mentioned that he loves his job. You don't see that much these days. People want to rush through everything and just don't care, but that is not the case here. I would highly recommend Patriot Soft Wash, LLC to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism. I have already given my best friend and realtor their info to add to her vendor list. Thank you, Jim & Michael!

  Very pleased with cleaning provided by Patriot Softwash. My home looks like new! All of the nasty mildew and algae were washed away, restoring the siding on our home to it’s original beauty.
  The crew arrived on time, starting right away, being extra careful to protect the plants from any potential damage.
  This company is great and gladly give them my endorsement.
