We brought our bike in from Central Tennessee after speaking with Lucas in Service about the issues the bike was having. Within an hour of our arrival, he was able to diagnose the problem and took down some additional requests for some proactive maintenance. We have bought a bike from this Dealer in the past and the sales and service are truly exceptional. They give you all the confidence in the world they will take care of your bike, have great attention to detail and are honest to deal with.

Took the Bike in, William my technician said its going to be a $750 repair. He then said that he has another idea for the bike that might be less expensive. I said lets try the least expensive way. They called today to have me pick up my ridethe bill came to $107.95. I was shocked and no doubt about it I would most definitely recommend this dealer. BTW II'm not even from here, I live in Florida just passing through

I bought 2 bikes within the last 30 days, Kevin Wooten was my sales rep. Everything was a great experience all the way around with everybody. I'm headed back out there today to pick up more parts I ordered. I haven't owned a Harley since 1976, some major changes but all great ones. I still miss my old bikes from way back but I'm back on track now, that's all that matters. #Lifeon2Wheels

Thunder Creek HD is great. Had a check engine light on my Ultra Limited on a Friday night. I arrived at the dealership around 7:00 pm. Kevin wrote the repair order and got it into the shop. By 8:45pm, I had a new voltage regulator. Excellent job guys!! Thank you.

Went into this establishment looking at options for my first motorcycle. Staff were not friendly or welcoming. When a sales representative finally offered to talk to me, there was an unpleasant attitude about them. Overall consensus was unless I was willing to buy a bike that very day, and do their financing plan, I was not worth their time. I will give people the benefit of the doubt. They may have just been having an off day, or it could have just been the particular sales representative I dealt with. Whatever the case however, they lost my business. I will be purchasing my Harley from Mountain Creek Harley Davidson of Dalton, GA, instead.

My bike wouldn't start when I went to leave. Service gave a jump start. No charge. :)

Sometimes you can walk the store un-noticed by staff. Some staff tend to be unfriendly to customers.

Had an estimate done on my bike after an accident. . Over $300 that they never told me they were charging until I went to pick it up .. ugggg!

They have great prices on Harley motorcycles New and used 1's. And great prices on apparel. Definitely worth a trip and look.
