Customer service SUCKS
Don't rent a Storage unit !!!
Pro rate you for entry, but not for exit
Deposit mailed back even when paid cash.
If you complain."we'll put you on the do not rent list"

Every time I go back to this store the experience gets worse and worse, they will sell you a piece of equipment and when you try to buy replacement parts for it they will tell you that part doesn't exist and get offensive instead of telling you they don't know from the beginning. I will never use this store again absolute worst customer service around.

Love this place. They have so much of everything and it's all easy to find. Really like the Carhartt section. It's all at a decent price and the customer service is great.
