I don't usually write reviews but after my experience here today I just had too. Went here to have lunch service was okay and food was delicious but while eating with my boyfriend a roach ran across the table which seem like it came from our plate. When we told the waitress she came over and killed it with a napkin. She said sorry but we were so dissatisfied that we paid and left immediately not even finishing the food. They came over and tried to give us a box and when the box came over one of them looked dirty. Worst experience eating out ever. I strongly would not recommend this place!!!! My boyfriend has reported the incident.

It can be delicious, but inconsistent. I used to be a regular but I don't stop by like I used to. Sometimes the food is leftovers, sometimes it's fresh. Sometimes service is great other times not so much. A little extra effort could improve things.

On Saturday September 2 I went around 10 pm for a tuna sandwich and a chicken soup. One of the server on the cafeteria took my order. the cafeteria was practically empty, But i had to wait more than 30 minutes. After a reminder and later several looks so that he knew he was still there, she gave me the worst tuna sandwich in my live. The bread was so cold.
On September 3 I returned for breakfast (I'm a little masochist)I ordered a very discreet plate with some eggs, bacon and house potatos. My waiter took the order very fast but i didn't see him any more. I have to call him many time to pay but without any success. After many intents other waitress came to my table and she took only two minutes to bring me the check.response / report this review -

A very quick external window for fast orders. Some seating available outside for eating to-go orders. Great cortado coffee.

Staff are arrogant. The food is overprice and not very good. I rather go to the pollo tropical down the street and get better food for half the price. Only good thing is you can get coffee and food late at night if you work a nightshift job.

Ready for some real CUBAN food in Miami. Try local spot Three Palms you won't be disappointed as far as the food and service is concern. Great prices!

Look hands down best cuban spot in NMB!! 😆 😆 open 24hr!!! Great service great price, breakfast is amazing!! Did you know they are also on the uber eats app!!! Smart move!!! Well I could go on & on about this place but I'm enjoying my delicious hot and ready breakfast that was prepared for me an perfect timing the late-night stuff are wonderful!!! Hold on i have to stop and take another bite!!!! okay I'm back like i was saying best place to eat great Cuban food!! Stop what you are doing come by right now!!! Before i eat it all!!! 😆 😆 hope to see you soon!!!

Come here often for weekend breakfast! Service could be better. Food is good, simple and delicious! Definitely recommend it, but if you aren't just trying to come in and out fast.
