Wonderful job cleaning my car, I side and out. Very thorough. I'm rough on it. I'm a professional gardener. Twigs, mulch, soil, seed pods everywhere. They got them all.

I've trusted these folks with my past 2 vehicles for all my detailing and hand waxes. Professional, friendly service. I'm always happy with the results. I even left it for an oil change last time. Very convenient and completed in a timely manner.

Felt super rushed! Went on a Friday morning so it wasn't crowded. Pointed out massive spots that weren't dry like several times. Left unsatisfied.

Mirrors and glass were cleaned in a rush too. Lots of missed spots.

Hand dry was a waste!

Also the brushes seem to scratch a bit.

Really like this place. Mo and Steve are great. I got a used car and needed a full interior detail, it looks great. They're also one of the few detail places open on Sundays.

They really did a crappy job on my car last time. They didn't clean the wheel wells, they didn't clean underneath the doorhandles, they didn't clean the inside of my windshield. Really disappointed because I liked that car wash, but I'm gonna have to look elsewhere.

So I looked online as I drive route 6 all the time and see them busy. So I tried them and so as it's not easy to figure out how to get into the car wash area being as I don't live here. Once I got around here after trying to read what services I wanted and couldn't decide I pulled up and started reading their sign. Still not really knowing which is better I asked. Well the gentleman acted as if that ruined his day having to explain what was what. Now I get customers believe me when do as I work retail so we can be annoying by all means but that's you job so put a smile on and be friendly as I do everyday and maybe you would have earned the tip for your employees. I would have given the tip to the customer that helped me out asking her the questions when I pulled up. But other than that my car wasn't to badly done and I'm OCD when it comes to my car and always retouch it after anyone does it because I find things that are missed. My husband did that to me.

They always do a great job for a good price. All of the cleaners are thorough and kind. The manager, however, is not. I see other reviews here with the same comment. I witnessed him rushing employees who were cleaning, and being extremely rude to them, throwing up his hands and shouting. This is certainly inappropriate behavior as a manager, and it presents the company as a whole in a very bad light. I felt quite bad for the cleaners, who were all just doing their job while their manager failed toward handle stress effectively. Kudos to the employees for handling him so well. Advice to Three Cees: keep your cleaners, but get a new manager.

I am appalled at the customer service at this car wash. I paid for their premium wash, it did not clean my car I have spots visible all over my car and salt wipe marks all over my black luxury vehicle. I wanted to go through the automatic carwash again, and showed them the marks all over my car, yet told me to me pay for the car wash again.

They mentioned that I could get their service plan which lets me go through an unlimited amount of times. I used to have that plan but I didn't like it and didn't use it enough. After waiting to talk to a manager, they offered 50% off a car wash. He was nice and apologized, but that is a bad policy. They do not stand behind their services provided.

My family has been taking our vehicles here for years now - they are efficient, friendly, and thorough. They make my six year old car feel new again. $35 for a car wash, protective coating and interior cleaning is a decent price considering how desperately my car needed this!

Great service! I like attention to details when it comes to interior cleaning too. Their platinum package (exterior + interior + tire waxing) is well worth the price. Keep in mind that their wait times are pretty high on weekends.

Fairly consistently good service.

The oil changes are quick, and I've never had a problem with them.

The car washes are pretty good. The Platinum package is comprehensive. Your interior will look great and your wheels will shine. The only problem is despite the "reverse osmosis filter" on their water, they always leave all of my windows cloudy. In fact, sometimes I've left with dirtier windows than I went in with.
