I have been bringing all my cars to Fairfax Hyundai for regular maintenance for the last three years, even though they are not Hyundai's. I always get great service at a great price. From state inspections to oil changes, tune-ups and tire rotations. Great team, very helpful.

I had an airbag light on that would not go away, so I took the car to Brown's for service. Sean and his team in the Service Department have always been courteous, professional, and polite, and this time was no different. I received updates as the service was going along and, to my delight, they found the issue was related to a part that was covered under an extended warranty. I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable hour and forty-five minutes.

Although the physical building is smaller than today's modern auto showcases, it is always well maintained and the staff are very courteous. I had a great experience when I purchased my car 11 years ago, I continue to have great experiences when I take it in for service now.

This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!

Eugene Lee was truly the best sales person I've ever dealt with. He responded to my request to come check out the Santa Fe in less than 10 minutes and he already had the car pulled up for my husband and I to test drive. He was so informative and so helpful. He got right to the point and made this car buying process so smooth and easy.

William Torres was also so helpful with getting our financing and paperwork done smoothly. He was so friendly and so nice. He also made the process super easy and efficient.

The people we worked with were just so great and I'm so thankful for their help. i really loved how they detailed the car and filled up the gas tank! Even tough we were there way past when they closed they didn't make us feel rushed to get things done. Eugene and William were so thorough we will definitely be back when we're ready to get another vehicle. God bless everyone at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai!

Got a sweet Mazda from Eugene. The whole crew was great! Small place but amazing customer service and prices on their used vehicles. Free In house warranty on their used cars (3 month, 3k mile power train) Their market adjusted rates on their new vehicles is about half of what it usually is elsewhere too! Highly recommend. Will be coming back here in the future!

Bought my Hyundai Elantra at Brown's Leesburg Hyundai back in September. Vinny, my sales guy, made it an enjoyable experience. He was very likeable and not pushy at all. I got a very good price, and a reasonable offer on my trade. After I took delivery, I discovered a few minor issues with the vehicle and took it back to get them fixed. The service department was very attentive and accommodating, and respectful of my concerns, and took good care of me. I would recommend them to any friend or family member who is interested in buying a Hyundai, or getting maintenance performed on a Hyundai or any other car, for that matter.

Had a pleasant enough experience buying my car there, but the service department is really something great! They are always friendly, speedy, helpful, and make sure to fully explain everything. They also ask if you want them to do certain work before it is done and explain the pros and cons. I find this especially nice, as other places in there area are super pushy and just want you to spend money. Brown's just wants you to be happy and your car to be taken care of :)

Just got done taking my car in for a few recalls. Beware of upselling. I was quoted with multiple additional services including tire rotationI JUST PUT ON NEW TIRES YESTERDAY. Mechanic said the fronts looked a little more worn then the rear. Considering the tires have less then 30 miles on them I will not trust them with anything other then warrenty work

This car dealership was absolutely amazing! From the moment I entered the door the staff was friendly and very helpful. They are pretty straightforward and honest. I didn't feel pressured at all and they were very understanding. I was able to walk out the door with a 2016 Hyundai Elantra certified pre-owned. I felt confident that I drove a hour from Maryland and got a really good deal. I don't usually do reviews but I have to give it to them. keep up the good work guys!

Brown's Leesburg Hyundai is truly on top of their game when it comes to prompt, friendly customer service. My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked thru the door of the sales Dept. by a very polite and knowledgable salesman named Perry. He made us feel very comfortable about being there as well as just understanding our needs in the vehicle we were looking for. After showing us a few different models, we finally found our perfect fit in a 2008 Lexus RX 350! I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and a good dealership is unbelievably hard to find these days. Feels great to finally have a place we can trust! Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff for their professional treatment throughout our buying process. I was coming down to the wire with having to get my inspection taken care of before the end of the month, and after reading the online reviews, decided to call and was connected with Mitch. He instantly made the process much easier and even worked with my busy schedule to get the car done on time.
