The Newbury Park Branch Library is an excellent smaller branch of the Thousand Oaks Library, serving the community of Newbury Park. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean, well maintained and well organized and their collection is quite good, despite their smaller size.

The Newbury Park Library has frequent programs to benefit the community, including storytimes for children, free computer classes, free tax assistance, free movies & popcorn and an excellent summer reading program for all ages.

This library also has free WiFi, computers & children s learning computers to use throughout the day. Their on-line resources rival much larger libraries in L.A. County and they have an extensive collection of e-books, e-audio and video.

Please note that the Newbury Park Library closes at 8 PM, M-F, not at 10 PM as it states on Google.

I highly recommend the Newbury Park Branch for all of your library needs!
