A cpl of weeks ago I came in the office very upset about my hot water. No matter how upset and argumentative I was the leasing agent Deborah never matched my energy and she calmed me down, before I left the office I was laughing and so thankful to Deborah and she even got my hot water fixed. Deborah is a great asset to this property.

Management is great at handling concerns. Work orders are done the same day request are made. The application process is fast (5 days top) for an approval and they even send an email stating why you were denied if so. I’m very pleased with my apartment. Thank you, Thompson Court!
