I wanted to reduce some of my recurring expenses. A friend of mine recommended outsourcing some of my tasks. I searched online and found Integra. I was apprehensive at first. However the staffs at Integra made me feel welcome. All my work was done accurately and on time. I can communicate with them easily. The best part is I can get my work done overnight. My company hired global integra to handle back end accounting. I spent about 8 months with them before a pattern of dishonesty and lies started to emerge. Most concerning is their practice of shifting your account to different employees and having those employees impersonate as the same person.

I caught them in several bold lies. Lies which were wholly unnecessary.

This is hugely troubling considering I granted them access to sensitive banking operations.

I fired them. I post this as a warning to other small businesses. I'm not an angry unreasonable customer. This is really how it is. And ironically you'll just have to take my word for it.

Creating an effective corporate website was really hard for me to move as it incorporates multiple options right from designing to help & support features.To catch up with the initial requisite, and to apply it successfully was chewy.
